I am STILL waiting for my pizza and I ordered well over 2 hours ago, I was told my order would be delivered in about 27 minutes, and the place is only 5 minutes up the road from me! Also it's usually cold by the time it gets here so I have to heat it up myself! ordered twice since this review and I have to say they have been very quick and the food items were so good to me so bravo Domino's for restoring my belief that it was just 1 bad day. ?
There was a full staff but yet very rude girl was a guy at first but he passed me to the other girl who's a delivery driver because he was waiting on change. She was rude not saying anything like i seriously could have walked out with free cheese bread and the tag said 2x 20oz sodas but she gave 2x 2 liters. Then she couldn't figure out which register to cash me out. Never going there again I was trying to give them another chance but forget it I'm done.
I understand they get busy and people don't want to work, but they always worth the wait. They make amazing pizzas and they do it right the first time. I normally just order for pick-up, doesn't take too long and I can grab it on the way home. Oh, of you have not tired their pasta or sandwiches, do it!
bought a stack of pizzas for my daughter's birthday, got home to find one box was empty....
Called and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for kids but I didn’t have card, just a 50.00 dollar bill. After the cashier gave me the pizza I opened the box and placed my finger on the pizza making sure it was done, he then says well we don’t have enough change for a $50 dollar bill. I said well sir what do you want me to do all I have is a 50 dollar bill. He then stood their looking stupid (grown man looks to be in 45/50’s) said he didn’t know. I then gave the pizza back and he put it back on the shelf for them to give out after I stuck my hand inside the box. Lol I would not recommend anyone to eat at the Dominoes on HWY 280.
If I could give a zero star I would!!! I ordered pizza at 6:20pm on line. The time it gave me on line was 40mins. I waited and waited. No one showed up. So I called the store to check on my order. they tell me I have to wait another 45mins. Soi have to wait 2hrs for pizza. Really!!! They could have knocked something off my order. But this will be the last time I order from them again??Does anyone know the number to the main office?
I received excellent customer service. I walked into the clean store and was immediately greeted. I placed my order and didn't have to wait long! When my order was complete the cashier brought my food to me. Good experience!
needs more drivers your order sits at shop waiting for a driver to take it and deliver. when you get it it is ice cold. if you want it hot go to shop pick it up!!!
Not very happy with the store. Paul was awesome and polite delivering. However I called the store to ask them to add something to my order, they said yes, and hung up on me without asking my name or any info. Not happy with whoever it was.
Worst experience ever. 3 hours after tracker said it would be delivered and still nothing. Went to get the pizza, it’s cold. Not even lukewarm. So even if I would have waited for it to be delivered, it still would have been cold. Didn’t even order something extravagant. Basic pizza and brownies. Won’t be ordering again. Should have asked for my money back when I went in the store to get my own pizza that was supposed to be delivered to me.
