I’m just going to post this picture and say that the manager apparently found this acceptable. Told me she wasn’t sure how any bugs could get into the ice cream. She than wanted me to drive back to phenix city from Fort Benning. It would have cost me more to drive there and get my money back - I’m going to just call my bank. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. Do better.

They repeat the order and still mess it up completely! The cheese was not melted (ever) and the burger was cold ! I asked for a double they put two pieces of cheese and not 2 meats Idk if this a joke but I am tired of giving these businesses with slack workers my money that I WORK FOR cold food . Move around if your not happy at work it shows in the service. I wish I went with my original feeling of NOT GOING there .

The staff was very friendly and professional. Milk shake and onion rings tasted great, best of both I've had in a long while.

Only restaurant in this town with the lobby still closed. They make up their own hours and post signs out on their boards and blame staffing issues. They advertise that they close at 9pm but there were signs posted last night that they close at 7pm. I was able to order at 6:58 after waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line. There was a line backed all the way out the parking lot waiting behind me at 7pm. I am sure there were some mad folks after that kind of wait that didn’t get what they came their for. This is the second time I have visited this establishment and this has happened and by the reviews it looks like it’s an ongoing thing with them. This business could make so much more money and have a great operation if they would get their priorities in order. I guess I will have to start driving an extra 5 minutes to go to other Dairy Queen in Columbus, Ga who seems to be back on track and running properly. I have visited Columbus establishment a few weeks ago.

Utterly disappointed. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue at this particular location. But let me tell you when it’s bad- it’s BAD. I understand short staffing- I’m a nurse. I understand its mostly kids working it. But there are just some standards that shouldn’t be let go.First, my blizzard wasn’t even flipped right because it was already melting so she couldn’t flip it all the way or she’d have to do another. I let it go because I just needed to get back to get my son. ELEVEN minutes I sat at the window waiting for my other orders. Not a single person came to tell me what was wrong, to pull forward- even the manger was watching the window and workers didn’t even come to me. I got to the point I almost knocked on the window. I tried calling the inside but no answer. Finally my sundae arrives and it’s wrong, after clarifying it 3 times over the intercom. The girl said “sorry about the wait, the hot fudge machine …” I said that’s okay but my order is wrong and I wouldn’t eat what she served- or I’d have just let it go. Mind you my sons blizzard is now melting everrrrrrywhere. She copped an attitude with me and refused to speak to me after that. They “fixed” my order but actually didn’t because it was STILL wrong. At this point I’ve been at the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. I just left.Based off of the other reviews it doesn’t appear that the owner cares. The manager didn’t even intervene when she saw the same person sitting at the window for over 10 minutes. Very, very, disappointed but mostly because the workers were rude when I simply mentioned they got my order wrong. Also, someone should have came to explain the situation well before I was let to sit for such a long time.

Sundae was milky and crunchy, not creamy and rich, keep this up Culver's will eventually take your business. I love Dairy Queen on 280 Phenix City, they would serve the best burgers, blizzards and sundaes. The young lady at the window handed me a spoon and her nails were unclean. This is a food establishment, hand washing and keeping nails clean, hairnets, clean aprons should be a must.I know we are short staffed due to the pandemic but; if you're open the standard should be excellence no matter what.

Online said it has dine in but that's not true. Doors are locked to public. Do not recommend this DQ

Drive through got our order wrong so someone [email protected] rder was not open to go in had to get back drive through had burn five dollars in gas forty five min toget the right order will not be going back the dq in front of home depot in phenix city

Waited in the line forever and of course my order was wrong when I got home. I drove back and they wouldn’t give me a new burger without the old one. I tried asking for the manager but they closed the window in my face

Food is usually decent. Feel like I'm shorted on fries everytime but its fine probably didn't need them anyway... I just feel like a large fry should look like a large and not a medium in a large box.
