Love the thin patty style burgers. It's a bit pricey but the food comes out fast and is brought to your table. The store is always clean and tables are never left dirty leaving you to search for a clean table to eat at. Never received cold food even with a large order of 8 meals. Staff is always friendly and attentive. The current management does really well.
I usually do curdside pickup. I haven't waited longer than 3 minutes it's fast and it's fresh. I like their Cheeseburgers and onion rings they give a nice portion.
We stopped by tonight on our way home and it was awesome! It was our first time to a Culver’s ever and when we came in Angela greeted us! I told her it was our fist visit and she proceeded to help us decide what to order! Some of the other staff chimed in and gave great recommendations! Not only was the staff super nice, service was great I had barely sat down when my food was brought out to us. We had a great experience and will be going back soon! Try their pretzel bites when you go, they are scrumptious!
The burgers were made to order, you get a number drive up into 1st available spot. The crew members bring out your order you give the ticket back, he asked if we wanted to check our order and would you like me to wait(mind blowing) while you do? The order was fine, food was hot if we had needed anything he would have gone back to get it! I was a bit confused at 1st on the pick up process but as the orders are being brought out and the car ahead of leaves you pull up. GENIUS! WE'LL BE BACK! OOOOH GET A MED CONCRETE TOO! That ice cream was so velvety smooth!
I have been enjoying Culvers prior to this location in Phenix City and was really excited about the addition. The staff is always pleasurable and when they get it wrong, they will make it right! Everyone and every place have their bad days and Culvers had one. Drive through order, once home, it seemed like every part of my order was wrong or missing something. Instead of calling (an already busy staff) to complain, I simply wrote about it on the survey I was given. I was shocked to receive a call from the owner, who profusely apologized and asked for a chance to make it right, which he did! My family and I continue visit Culvers, even if it’s just for the ice cream of the day!
I started eating here when it first opened. I loved their burgers but the last two times I’ve been there my burgers were not cooked fully. The burger patties were pink!!! The first time I noticed it once I got all the way home and bit into it by that time I noticed it they were closed, so I couldn’t take it back. I filled out a survey about the experience , received a missed call from this location. tried calling back, left a voicemail but I never received another call. I tried giving them another chance after that a few weeks ago because again I LOVED their burgers. This time I asked for it “well done” the burger was not well done, I asked if they could remake it. I sat outside of the restaurant and waited for 20 minutes and never got a new burger. I went inside and asked for a refund, I was told by the manager that someone was bringing the burger. It shouldn’t take that long to cook and bring a burger to someone. so I don’t think I’ll be eating here again.
I just love, love this place!! Great hamburgers and pollock. My favorite dessert is the Strawberry Concrete!!! The customer service is out of this world!!! Big smiles and warm greetings!! Very friendly and some beautiful people that left me with an everlasting impression???

This Culver’s location is usually pretty good. They are quick, customer service is helpful and friendly. Custards normally are made more like milkshakes for some reason, but other than that nice little fast food joint.
Very clean. Lots on the menu. I had big deluxe bacon burger in honor of Grizz Brown. Staff were friendly. Speed of service was quick. Food quality food for a great price
