My Snow White chicken was not chicken. Inedible…. Rubbery and no taste. I ate the vegetables and threw the rest away. I won’t go back.
As a long time customer, we noticed that the food quality had declined in the past 1 1/2 to 2 years. Today my wife went in to pick up an order. She asked the person at the register about the owners. She stated,"I don't know who they are" a bit on the rude side. This is an all to common thing and we can spend our $$$ somewhere else....a very easy thing to do. BTD...the order was not as good as the Original store. 3 stars is tooooo kind.
Ordered food thru Doordash. Nothing wrong with delivery. The food however was terrible. Ordered Mooshoo Beef. Very unpleasant smell and way too much garlic added! Pancakes(not fresh but stale) came wrapped in a dirty grocery bag. When your charging almost 18.00 for a dish don't skimp on the food and only put 1/2 in the container unless of course there is something wrong with the food. They will never get our business again.

Very disappointed with our food tonight. The chicken that was in both our dishes didn’t even resemble or taste like chicken. It appeared to just be breading. Taste was not the same either. We had another family member say that their beef was different as well. Strange texture and taste. Mine went in the garbage. My husband ate his only because he was hungry but said he’d never eat from there again. Not sure what has happened to the quality of their food. It use to be our go to Chinese place in Phenix City. Unfortunately they’ve lost three customers because of whatever change they decided to make.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all! The lady who took our order was INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!! She refused to let us order just a side of chow mein or either chow main and orange chicken. So we wound up having to order 2 separate FULL meals for my daughter. Their sweet and sour chicken was cold! They didn't even ask what we wanted to drink. They just brought us water. My plate (in the photo) was the last to come out. I ordered General Tsu's with fried rice. That rice was literally white, flavorless rice with a few peas and chunks of carrots. I've NEVER had fried rice like this and I've eaten Chinese all over this country. I had to add sweet and sour sauce to the rice to even make it edible. My chicken was so hard that i couldnt even eat it. The lady made really rude remarks about myself and my sister over how we ordered. I will NOT be back! There's SO sense in how she acted!
Service was great. The rating scares me at first but the food is amazing! We will be back for sure!
I had Mongolian beef, rice and egg rolls. Super fresh and so good!!! Definitely will be a repeat customer. Great job you guys!
I've been coming here since I was a little girl. the food has always been very good, and very reasonably priced. many things come and go in this plaza, but this is the crown jewel.
I’ve been a customer of this place for 20 years. I always enjoyed their food and service. The last time we ate there the food and service was terrible. Tonight I ordered delivery from Them, thinking maybe they had a bad night the time before. Not so, the food was worse. Unappetizing, cold, without enough rice, no condiments and totally bad ! No more China Garden for us !!
