Very disappointed with the service of the drive thru just now. I was not comfortable with the server asking me to move as close to another vehicle as she was asking. When I didn't move, she said, and I quote " So I don't guess we don't care about our guy being out in the rain." As she walked back to my car, she called out the the guy behind me, and again....her words....."Sorry ****, I tried." The words may not seem much, but the tone in which she said them spoke VOLUMES!! Needless to say, I did not order.I will NOT be back to this Chick-fil-A again.
They are the fastest friendliest service by far. They have never screwed my order up. And I've gone there more than any other fast food. They also have these free pup cups my dogs love. #1 on my list by far
I absolutely love this location. My husband and I went to get chicken noodle soup after I got out the hospital. It was so good, and the customer service is everything. I felt so much better after I ate it.
Had the sweetest boy ever take me out on a lunch date! He paid and was terrified to talk to the girl behind the counter! She was so kind and very attentive! Best lunch date ever!
The people are ALWAYS friendly, the food is spectacular and they have just about every flavor of soda you can think of. If the drive through line is super long I still get in line anyway because you don't sit there long no matter how many people are ahead of you. They got it going on!!!
I really don’t know why I even bother with this location. I’ve been here 3 times and every time is awful. No one works the register so it took 4 minutes before I was even asked if someone had helped me. There are only 2-3 actual folks helping people, but they’re spread so thin because all the 17 year old girls are hiding behind the wall gossiping. My son spilled some of his chocolate milk, and I was trying to clean it up. Asked 3 different folks for napkins that I can’t access because those are behind the counter. This is also the only Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been in that has storage taking up 30% of its dining room. Staff isn’t very friendly, Ashlyn straight up walked by me when I came to get my food from her, then handed it to my 2 year old at the table and just walked off. Didn’t even bother saying excuse me after I excused myself for being in her way. I’m never coming back here.
thanks a lot. 3rd time yall have given me chicken tenders instead of chicken nuggets. first off ur tenders are not that good and no one would be super dissapointed if you took em off the menu. but you are chic fil a. not mcdonalds. i shouldnt have to check my order before i leave.
I visit this location often and my order is always correct. The employees are so nice and helpful! They always seem genuinely happy to be at work. I have only had an issue one time but the manager, Waverley, replaced our order without any problem.
Hands down the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Consistently wrong orders is the main issue. Along with wait times longer than you normally expect at a chick fil a.
Employees were polite, helpful, considerate of customers needs. Food was hot, good and tasty, and plenty of varieties. I'd definately go back.
