I was wondering why the line was completely long; so I entered the building (thinking it would have been quicker), customer service was nice, I waited for my meal (20-25 minutes) but once I returned to the vehicle, that meal didn't have a Chance to arrive home! It has been a Long Time since I've TASTED that Original, Crispy & Crunchy, Captain D's Fish and Shrimp meal!!? Completely forgot about that 20-25 minutes! THANK YOU To Everyone at the time of 6:38pm (sorry no pictures, that too didn't cross my mind?♀️)
Everything was great except for the sauces I asked for. I asked for 3 different sauces and got a bunch of 2 sauces I didn't order.
Went thru the drive thrur ordered a baked potato and other things i ask for salt and pepper and butter for my potato and did not get any of it i wasn't going home to eat i was eating on the road so i couldn't eat my potato
They are never open when it’s operating hours, such as now. Tired of trying to eat there when they should be open but aren’t!
Completely done with Captain D's I called and spoke to Chris she told me the dining room was open and when we got there they were closed again!!
Excellent food! Didnt have to wait long. Excellent food and service!
Cold and greasy employees were all sitting outside smoking in the car when I arrived and came into the building a couple of minutes behind me
Rude staff! Undercooked shrimp! Out of most sides this time and the past several months that I decided to give them another try! Definitely do not care about the customers!
Ordered a meal through the drive thru. Asked to please include ketchup for my order. When I received my order, I asked the associate if there was ketchup in the bag… yes ma’am. Get all the way home and have a bag full of tarter sauce and malt vinegar. I eat neither one of those. Really peeved because I even asked again at the window and was assured she put ketchup in the bag. Didn’t feel like it was a huge ask :( Also told me there “was out” of sweet tea!!!
The late night staff is insanely slow. I waited in line for 20+ minutes in the drive through while I was told to"hold". I called the store and then they took my order. When I got to the window no apology was offered, the staff was rude, complaining about the customers, and meandering about. Ridiculous. Also my order was completely wrong.
