Couldn’t figure out why my son’s cup was leaking. Opened it up and it had been sliced on the bottom and taped back or something but I’m sure it was not hard to just toss this cup! And please tell your female employees don’t wear their bonnets to work, putting the BK cap on top doesn’t fix it ??‍♀️

train employees before putting them on a lunch rush on a Saturday! Teach them cursing at a customer because the EMPLOYEE doesn't know what she's doing, is wrong. Ensure people that work in front of customers are customer service providers.

I took my 3 granddaughters there on Saturday evening for food and play time. The food was so nasty. The buns were hard and the fries were cold. The drink and ketchup dispensers were so dirty. Even when brought to the attention of the staff not one of them moved to remedy the situation. Overall the entire place was filthy as well as the parking lot. When we took the girls outside to play the entire play area was dirty and all the trash bins were overflowing. There were grown adults in the play area who refused to leave even seeing kids there. The staff knew they were there and did nothing. I don’t even want to get into the way the women’s bathroom was but based on the earlier points in this review I’m sure you can guess. If there was a manager on shift this person should be fired. If not, perhaps the crew should not be left unsupervised.

The white lady with the red/burgundy hair has a very NASTY attitude and I asked for my food fresh/off the broiler, the lady on Whopper Board took a Bacon King off the line and put it in the microwave. I know she did because I used to work at Burger King & people would do the same thing there. The bread was greasy/soggy too so that’s how I know. Horrible costumer service.

The food is always cold and then the employees act like they get mad when you want them to replace it. The manager wouldn't even come to the drive in window to handle our problem he hollered from the front register.

Waited in line at the drive thru forever. Finally got to the speaker to order and after about 10 minutes no one still had taken my order. Left without ordering.

The worst Burger King ever. They need to turn in their Fast Food card. My dear mother in-law left the emergency room last night around 10:00 she hadn’t had anything to eat all day and she wanted. Whopper Jr. we stopped at this Burger King. There were only about 4 cars in line to order. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the order microphone. When we got there nobody would answer for about 5 minutes. Finally someone answered. The girl kept getting my order wrong, I had to keep correcting her. Finally we got done and we’re heading towards the pay window. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. The line wasn’t moving at all. If it wasn’t for my sickly mother in-law wanting her whopper jr. I surely would have left. After about 20 more minutes only one car drove off at the pickup window. We finally decided that this was beyond ridiculous, so we drove off and headed to the Burger King on highway 280. We were able to order quickly but getting to the pay window was also slower than usual. We got her Whopper jr. and headed for the house. I got my mother in-law comfortable and took out her whopper jr. Boy was I shocked. I paid almost 3. Bucks for a sandwich that looked about the size of a Krystal. It was definitely the size of a slider. WTH? That Burger King lost a lot of business tonight. Many cars behind us wound up driving off. It’s almost as if the employees inside didn’t want to serve anyone else because it was close to getting off.

This is redicilious we went thru drive thru at 2.10 pm EST on 3/22/22 .. the employee in the front (2nd ) window was rude and didn't want to be at work .. I had 2 orders for my car as I had other ppl with me ... Asked for ketchup and purchased 2 buffalo sauce behind it and I stated to ppl in my car to hold on that he was being rude and his response was to stick his tongue out at us like na na .. this is by far the worst experience I have ever had from any burger king and to say I spent 30 bucks there between 2 orders ... It will be a long shot before I support another burger king ..... And to top it off I called and no one picked up phone so where is the manager at ? Who knows but I know if it was my employees I didn't tolerate it as a General manager for 15 yrs so I will take my money and funds else where and birthdays that I have had at that same facility on Summerville road .. and I wish this young gentlemen and manger the best of luck ?... As I see they may be in employed at some point in lift if they continue with that behavior !Sincerely Amanda , a previously concerned citizen

I was able to get in and out within about 5 minutes, and still managed to have one of the worst, downright mind boggling fast food experiences. First off the floors were absolutely disgusting, dirt all over the place. Second, when I ordered a number 4, the worker looked at me dead in the eyes and asked “what’s a number 4?”. The fact an employee would ask a customer about what a meal number is was mind boggling enough, but that’s not even the worst part. After taking a second to digest what was just said, I had to explain to a Burger King employee, that a number 4 was a Bacon King. I then ordered a large drink, and when she went to grab my cup, she had the audacity to ask “does it matter what size”. And just like that this place has managed to ask me the two dumbest questions an employee could ask, within a 2 minute timespan. My brain is still trying to comprehend what just happened. Although I’m just happy I could get out of there so fast, because typically it takes over 15 min just to get one burger.

I come here once a week with my 3 toddlers and they always have fun in the playground they now can switch out the kids toys for cookies or even ice cream and the ice coffee is the best I don’t really eat meat but the hand breaded chicken is the Bomb!!!!!!!!! Out side of being short staffed I support the king!!!!! ??
