The whopper with extra everything
Went there last night about 9:30. Fries were extremely soft and just gross, didn’t really eat them. Still have the whole box of fries. Got a whopper. Went to go bite into whopper and it tasted weird, so I went to look at it, the entire bottom bun is molded. Tried to call back (this is appropriately 30 min later) and no answer. Figured they were closed. Tried to call back this morning but nothing but a busy signal this morning. I still have both the fries and whole burger fries in the bag. Oh and to top it all off they forgot to give me my drink! They were just being so rude at the window (mostly the manger who got an attitude for asking for sauce) I just wanted to get out of there and forgot to tell them I hadn’t gotten it yet. Waste or of $10. Don’t come here.
Asked for no onions on my burger, asked for no salt fries. No answerd the phone when I tried to call back. Your cooks need to learn how to read or just dont care. Smdh.....
Good food definitely, but the prices are getting too expensive and the drive through takes way too long. The employees are friendly some days and then some days they got a $2.00 an hour attitude and act like your an inconvenience to them.
Order was right food was good today. Went to the one in Columbus and they told me they did sale whoppers no more.
Excellent food. Has cool indoor playground for the kids. Pretty clean.

The girl that took my order on drive thru was very rude…No wonder why this place is never busy!!No one wants 2 deal with rude workers
Very nice Burger King. The Impossible Burger was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient. The restrooms are very modern and super clean. Easy access off of Hwy 280 access road which was easy to get in and out of.
Well, our experience began with our order being taken by a lady named Rhonda.She gave us a to go order instead of a dine in meal. No biggie. It happens, but she also didn't ask what size meal we wanted and just gave us small. No biggie.When I get my order I looked and there's no ketchup. The self serve dispenser was also empty. No biggie.I then go ask her for some ketchup and in silence she just placed a large handful down very aggressively. I'm married. I know what passive aggressive dining behavior looks like. Lol.Anyway, I should have went somewhere else.
