This location is newly remodeled and very neat and clean. The only issue I had was that I had signed up for the Arby's account and got a free sandwich coupon in an email. The email did not explain how to redeem the coupon nor could I figure it out once I was on the website. The cashier did not seem to even have a clue what I was talking about and was not very helpful in figuring it out. Now I have a free sandwich coupon that I have no idea how to redeem.
This would be the best burger in town only if you use crinkle cut dill pickles and only if the burgers (the meat) doesn’t get smaller like all food does after the introduction. I will be back until the meat gets smaller. It is good. Get rid of those pickles and use the ones I suggested and keep the meat the same size.
If I could leave no stars I would stopped by on the way home to get me my son and my wife lunch I ordered 2 # 3s and a chicken meal for my son 28 dollars worth of food only to get all the way home in smiths and not even have the whole order if gas wasn't so high I'd drive back up there ridiculous people can't do what suppose to be done Iean they have a screen telling them what to give someone
Drive thru employee was very polite an they food was fresh & hot.
The whole company is pure trash! Charged me for food that I never got, then when I called customer service they hung up on me after I asked for a supervisor… I will never eat at an Arbys… EVER
Just went to Arby's on 280 bypass in phenix city its just after 8:30 pm sign says closes at 12:00 and they tell me in the drive thru they can't take orders cause they system down and this the 3rd time this has happen in a month service is severely poor.
I like their food, fresh, seemed it wasnt sitting long....drive through didnt take long to get through. Friendly cashier. Will come back

Door was locked so I went to the window and had 3 orders. The cashier stated I would have to come on the inside since I had more than two orders lol we just left and went to another Arby's in Columbus which was awesome. Oh yeah and the young boys inside saw us at the door. It's okay though
