My steak was so overcooked that it was harder than the table, the shrimp was so dry and hard that it chipped my wife's tooth and smelled like my ex wife after a long weekend out with the girls. It took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks, not to mention my stepdaughters smoothie had alcohol it in. The waitress was super forgetful. All around a horrible experience.
Ordered carside to go! Food was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:10 got there at 7:00 no one ever came out to my car finally at 7:28 went in to get my food still had to wait 15 more min's finally got my food around 7:45. Got home with my food it was all cold nothing was fresh it had been ready a while just sitting there. Never brought out to me ?????30.00 buck's totally wasted??
I was very disappointed in the service. Our waiter was good it was the overall service. It was my Birthday and we had about had about 15 people in our group. I had a long island iced tea that I thought was horrible. End up getting another drink but didn't get my drink or spinach dip when we was getting ready to leave. Everyone had gotten their food and drinks except me. I've never experienced anything like this at Any Applebee's I attend and I go to Applebee's faithfully. I was there on March 19. In Phenix City, y'all got a failing grade from me. It was a Birthday dinner for me and it was ruined.
Horrible! One of the most racist encounters I've ever had. We were told by the manager and hostess they were closed when they really were not. We were even told they were not taking to go orders. But others walked in behind us and were seated and placed to go orders. After this was brought to their attention and a waitress stood up for us they decided to seat us. Our waitress was great. But during our sit the manager comes back to say it was last call and the bartender was leaving just to find out that wasn't true and the bartender didn't leave until after we left. We will NEVER return here again.
I love the Oriental salad, I ordered one with extra chicken grilled. I got it to go, when I got home and opened the box that cutting up all the chicken and little little tiny pieces. And they didn't put the extra Chicken in there. I was a little disappointed.
I guess I eat here so much that I've had it all .. so now it just seems so plain but always I find myself saying.. I can already taste it and it wasn't good last time.. Mexican rice is always bland af .. the southwest salad is more like a bowl of fire . The boneless wings are hard little pieces from the bottom of the bag.. only 2 things I can manage from this place anymore is the cheese sticks and the quesadea
The environment was great during lunch. Not a lot of customers. Following health guidelines. The hostess and waitress were great. No issues here. I love coming here for lunch and dinner w/ the family. Let’s not forget the ice cold drinks ??
Fast service, orders were to go. Every thing was in the bags. I asked to buy extra chips to go with the dip she said they don't sell them. She didn't offer to give me anymore. I was trying to buy moreI didn't complain I just didn't leave her a TIP. I was going to give a tip. Even though it was a to go order she did take the time to place it.I normally even tip bad service. However this was not a sit down eat in. So maybe she wasn't expecting one anyway.However the door hostess was good she made me feel comfortable as I waited on our order I didn't ask her name she smiled and it looked genuine.She reminded a customer little girl to get her jacket she wore in the restaurant as they were leaving.She was observant. Saved them a trip back. I thought that was good I commented on that to her.Some places I don't feel comfortable and I choose not to go back.Next time we will eat in. Even though the order taker didn't drop off extra chips the other hostess kindness made the review a 5 StarNext time I will ask her name. Not the we don't sell extra chip person.The wonderful Hostess
Love the riblet small portion. I still have to request a to go box. My husband likes the bourbon stake and he also has to have a to go box.
I really enjoy the good food and great atmosphere and it's a great place to watch the game
