My experience at Whataburger was amazing. The cashier was very helpful. My family ordered the #1 and the beef had a great taste like it was real beef and not some fake meat. The fries were cooked perfectly and salted lightly. The sweet tea was sweetened just right. Me and my family can say that our experience was very satisfied and we will be back on different occasions
The food is amazing it's really good I like it so much better than other fast food restaurants in the area.I can't give it a five-star rating because of the long lines and there's often confusion in the Drive-Thru.The people are friendly enough but if you're going to Whataburger in Auburn-Opelika Alabama area be prepared for a long lines and extremely complicated ordering process.
First visit, store had no French fries. Ordered three meals 2 with mayo and one without mayo and onion rings instead of fries ☹️. Got home and my burger, the one without mayo had tons of it so I had to eat a top less burger ???. Absolutely not impressed. Two stars for the extremely courteous drive thru staff. BTW: while I prefer fries with my hamburgers. The onions rings were really good.
Dining room had no heat. Drink station had no ice. Employee behind drink station informed it was out of ice but didn't offer any from behind the counter. Service was good and the food is always good.
Our first couple of trips here when it initially opened were fantastic, however recent experiences have shown a predictable decrease in quality of food and service. It's open 24 hours which is convenient, and the app is actually a really great way to order drive thru or curbside. When they have messed up our order or we've had to wait, they've definitely done everything possible to make it right - really going above and beyond on that front. But in general, the food is never super hot or fresh, and the staff seems overworked and constantly confused/stressed/mixed up.
It took a minute or two to get our breakfast but that was a good thing because it was totally fresh and HOT! We both had coffee and the sausage egg & cheese on a jalapeño biscuit. No surprises there. The unexpected part was how pleasant and friendly the employees were. When you are traveling you stop at a lot of places and just don’t see that. What we saw were employees who love their job and care about the experience that their customers are having. I had to write this because they are really good at it! Everything about our stop there this morning was wonderful. Thank you!
An hour for a burger with ketchup and Mayo, side of fries. I’ve been twice and have received poor service both times. Not worth the hassle.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Carla, everything at Whataburger is always prepared hot and fresh. Definitely worth the few minutes of waiting. The Manager Joanne was going around and checking on the customer's and making sure everything was to their liking. I will definitely be coming back tomorrow on the way back home in Augusta to have lunch and take dinner home.
