OMG, horrible experience the other night. Drove up to window the young lady at the window was rude,but not in a normal way. I wasn't greeted, she didn't say a dang word,frown on her face. I gave my payment, didn't say how much the bill was. If they hadn't said before hand I wouldn't have known. Didn't say thank you or anything, just another frowning face. I won't probably go back to this one for a while. SMH
It says they opened at 6 on the inside as well and I am in a large truck that can’t go threw the drive threw and I arrived at 6:50 and the doors were still locked and the employee inside saw me and was talking on a cell phone and did not come open until after I left when I called back up there just to verify that the inside was supposed to be open and she said she just opened the doors .
Location is Not convenient. The way it's structured doesn't give an opportunity to get in the parking lot with ease. Especially with other customers driving into the location.I would have Wendy's land and development team to take another look at this location.The experience was okay. I did a mobile order and I just believe this Location needs a bigger area. The line was out the door.The employees looked , bunched together, which creates not a good work environment.My sandwich was good , but getting in and out to get my sandwich just seem too congested and made a not so great experience.Way too small of an area, especially since it seems like a very busy location.Wendy's corporate need to help this location thrive more, so it can thrive.
Went through the drive thru …. My total for 4 meals was $29… first they forgot my 4 for $4 so no big deal, I went inside and got the bag that was forgotten…. Then get home and hamburgers are RAW!!!! DISGUSTING.
My favorite Wendy's of all. Staff works really hard and they're always as friendly as they can be. Even when things are super hectic.
Food was OK at best. Service was poor. People visiting in the kitchen and food taking a long time
Just a bad experience. Stood at the counter waiting to have my order taken while the staff talked about whatever they talked about. The first drink cup had mold in it; the net two leaked. Food was ok at best.
Unprofessional, Terrible service. Got in drive thru line at 10:20. Ordered at 10:28. Told I couldn’t use my coupon because they weren’t serving breakfast. Then told to pull up anyway. Ordered seasoned potatoes and sausage croissant. Was told they already pulled potatoes and all they had were fries. Booooooo. Took back coupon and drove off. Pitiful Opelika location on 2nd Ave
The staff is always nice but the line is really really really slow. Also the last 2 times the lemonade was watered down.
This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Management needs to be fired. I received a burger with no meat and the cashier was incredibly rude.
