This place has problems. I politely asked Billy to remake my waffle after putting his bare, unwashed hand inside the dish. He was doing it but was upset. I tried to converse with Billy and Dianna, but Dianna was very rude to me. I commented that everyone has been in a bad mood and combative today, and she said I must be the "common denominator" if it was everywhere I was. I just wanted a waffle for my kid and was trying to be friendly, but they were standoffish and rude. When I asked why they're being rude to me, Dianna told me I "need to sit down right there" and wait for my waffle. When I responded that that was not a very nice way to speak to me not a good way to speak to any customer, they said I can go somewhere else and they wouldn't serve me. I had already paid and had to request my money back, which they gave me. But this was uncalled for and very professional. They have no idea what their customers might be going through or who they might push over the edge with their abusive, unfriendly behavior. They should not be in the customer service business. Waffle House seems to think it's so popular that they don't have to worry about being professional and courteous to all customers, like they can be rude to some if they feel like it and nothing will happen.
Had the WORST service at this Waffle House, I will not go into detail but I have already contacted corporate. I’m pretty sure the night staff are racist as hall, I witnessed it first had. Never will I be back to this location
Nicole was on it today!!! She anticipated every need before it arose..and food was perfect! Coffee was very fresh!! Thank you for the best WH experience we've ever had!

A classic southern breakfast place. Great service. I love the ham and cheese omelet. The waffles are delicious. The staff unsure that you have fresh coffee. My father loved waffle house and now my children do as well.
Matt was great! It was only him & the cook. He opened up the chained off section for us to sit with our 2 kids even though they were full on the left side of the restaurant. They got even busier as we were there. He was running as the only server. We are frequent customers and all the servers have always been good to us. That is why we keep coming back to this store.
No a fan of Waffle house. Seeing as though Huddle house was closed, I just decided to stop here. The staff was amazing and friendly!!!! I ended up NOT eating the food I ordered.
They were so nice and the food was great. They were short staff and had worked long hours and didn't care. Still (all 3) had smiles and greeted every one.
Always good food, but my first time at this location, and the staff was sweet and awesome!
