I'm not sure what has happened to this location. The line has been incredibly slow for the last couple of months. I sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru a couple of days ago. When I got to the window my Frappuccino had not even been made. It's not due to large orders either. Each car in front of me had 1-2 drinks. Maybe they are short staffed? It's usually faster just to park and go inside to pick up a mobile order. Even the mobile order was running 20 minutes behind recently tho.
Very bad experience! Ordered two drinks and the first one came out quickly then nothing. The barista kept making other drink orders. After 5 other drinks had been made i walk towards the cashier and the barista calls out and asks if I'm waiting for my name's order. I tell her yes, she tells me its up next. Why is one of my drinks so far from the other? Get your stuff together literally Opelika Starbucks!
This location was very nice. We enjoyed the food, and our server was pleasant. Nothing magical about our children experience, but overall if we were in the area we would visit this location again.
This is a very memorable place for me and my Wife. A few years back, we routinely came to this Starbucks for coffee and oatmeal before classes. At some point, one of the baristas wrote on the bag, "Have a great and wonderful day" with a smiley face and a few flowers on it. It sounds like a small little thing, but it really was a very thoughtful and cute note.
Friendly staff they ground my beans because the store I bought them from couldn't and was swamped. The manager was super nice she was super sweet .
This is the best Starbucks in town! The baristas are always so friendly, and they always get my drink orders right.

This was quite an unusual experience for me at a Starbucks. I entered the store and stood at the counter for precisely 3 min while every employee continued to walk past and not issue any greeting or acknowledge that I was there. I had to ask was anyone taking orders to receive any service. Sad because me being a former employee of Starbucks at a younger age. This wasn't the ethics I remember of what was expected, or maybe things have changed. Either way, I'm big on the experience, and if I wanted lackluster customer service I could have went somewhere else and got a cheaper coffee. Disappointed
Arrived at 5:30 two days in a row to find that the store was not open on time. The employees were not ready to go and so there was a long line right off the bat and it was extremely slow. Could not get anything and left disappointed
Absolutely the best service. Love the drinks they are delish.
