Ordering takes forever . Usually only two people back there so understandable . My issue isn’t even with the employees it’s the management who doesn’t train these employees correctly . This man who took our order took almost 10 minutes to complete our order and kept trying to charge for extra meals we did not ask for . These employees should be learning the menu and knowing what they’re selling people so they can be more helpful to there customers .

I’m sure it depends on how busy they are but my experience was nice and smooth. I got the food I ordered and it was in a timely manner and tasted good.

Located inside the gas station, drive thru is kind of strange to navigate but overall the service is good. What you would expect from any sonic.....tots,pups, and slushies...

Check your meat! Technically, I got a double “cheese” burger.

Great service. Clean restaurant. Went inside to order. The front young lady cashier was great. She had a positive attitude. Got my big order with no discrepancies. Food was great. Will definitely be back to this place.

Fast but messy and I think the woman at the register was trying to memorize my card number since you have to give them the card to swipe I seen her looking at my card after she swiped it like she was trying to remember my numbers

I love Sonic, but Opelika's did not have any iced coffee today, and this one only had a drive thru, not a park and order location... so today you only get three stars... sorry...

3 out of the 5 times I went there they were either out of something, the ice cream was down or the front door was locked at 8PM although you could clearly see employees moving around in back. Tonight I went through the drive through just a few minutes before 9PM and was told that they were only accepting card payments and ice cream and milkshakes were unavailable since the machine was being cleaned so they could close at 10PM. Sounds like they closed at 9PM so they could leave at 10PM.

That place was OK but I think the cashiers there need more training in customer service at the Drive-through window

The food was really good and I didn't have to wait long for the order. The only complaint I have is that when I pulled up to order I was told that they didn't have and she listed several menu items. I didn't have a problem with the fact that the items were not available and wouldn't have if I had planned on ordering any of the items in the first place. The only problem is the way it was said. Very rude and with an attitude like I was bothering them for being there. That's the reason for losing the star rating. I understand that it had probably been frustrating having to tell customers that the items were not available and it may not have been intentional or recognized as being rude. I will eat here again and based on the taste and quality of the food would recommend to anyone who is interested in eating our. Employees have bad days and we all are capable of coming off with an attitude so not going to judge on one experience. Whoever was working drive thru on Friday I hope your day got much better and things are going well.
