Soooo many menu choices. It's best to drive in and park, unless you already know what you want. Burgers, hotdogs, & slushies Oh my! We went to the drive-thru and had to hurry and pick something because cars were lining up behind us. (I hate holding up the line) But the service was good and quick. A little pricey if you don't use the app. Get the app! The food was good too!

Took nearly 20 minutes to get two drinks. I ordered a unsweet ice tea with 2 Sweet and Low's. After waiting 20 mins they brought my tea with no Sweet and low. Wait it's on you menu but you don't carry it? Take it off you app!! They wouldn't give me a refund either. I know times are tough and good help is hard to find, but this kind of performance is probably the reason all of your parking spots are empty . Beware!!

Visited the Sonic restaurant in Opelika, AL, located across the street from the Tiger Town shopping mall on June 5, 2022 at approximately 6:15 p.m. Went through the drive thru. Ordered two shakes and two fries. Got a few blocks away and discovered they did not give us straws for the shakes. Had to turn around and go back. Then a mile down the road we discovered the fries were cold and old. They had obviously been sitting around awhile. Didn't go back a second time as my wife and I were on our way home from Florida. Shame on the employees but more so on the store manager for serving such poor food and allowing such poor service . Could certainly have taken those $15 elsewhere and will next time. Understand now why this Sonic store has a 3.6 star rating!!!

This is the WORST Sonic in the area. Just moments ago, I made a mobile order for a drink and a cup of ice. There were upwards of 6 employees inside (at least 2 eating) and if I can see in, I'm sure they can see out. I checked in on the app and waited. The screen said it was "in the kitchen," then "on it's way!"3 cars went through the drive-thru and left, but I still had not received my order after having checked in over 15 minutes earlier. I pushed the order button for service and waited a few more minutes for someone to answer, only to hear them say, "Stalls are closed- just drive-thru is open". Like... didn't even ask what I needed. I told the person I had a mobile order and they proceeded to ask me what the order was. You have my money- why don't you have my order? I literally could have said any number of items- I could see inside and no one checked and I wasn't given a receipt.This isn't my first bad experience here, it's just the straw that broke the camel's back.I'll drive to Auburn to get my Sonic fix. Never again at this location.Edit: After reading other people's reviews, I find it disappointing that whomever is in charge of replying is telling people to call in. Why? Our time has already been wasted. You have our names and these reviews are linked to our emails. Get it together.

My first time going to the Sonic on Fox Run and I will never go back there again for a burger!! I ordered the #1 combo and the burger was cold and half cooked. Worse burger I've had in a long time. For almost $8, they need to do better.

Rude customer service burnt food soggy food down right awful will not be coming again order made wrong. Hope all sonics near me are not this bad this was my favorite not sure what happened but certainly lost my family as customers ?

Never had an issue until recently. Ordered a Dr. Pepper... they where out. So asked for either Coke or Iced Coffee instead. Out of it too. I ordered on app so pre paided but still. Come on.

I love going to sonic but this is the last straw. This what I not order but I would be okay until I opened up and it looked like someone took a bit of it and given to me

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. Fries tasted old, chicken was microwaved so long you couldn't even bite thru it, and drink tasted flat and watered down.

Love there corndogs and tater tots and always good service
