Great coffee shop. I visited my sister in Opelika and this was the coffee shop they recommended. Coffee shops are my environment. As a business owner, I work from coffee shops and I know what to look for. Ristretto has the best internet I've ever experienced at a coffee shop. Upload speed over 250mbs and download speed around 300. Highly recommend if you are looking to get stuff done in a wonderful atmosphere.

My first time trying Ristretto. The coffee was good but be warned, the to go cups and lids are super flimsy. My son and I stopped in for a couple of to go coffees and once back in the car his lid popped off and he spilled piping hot coffee on his leg. After making sure he was OK, I proceeded to explain that he had to make sure the lid was in place and showed him how mine was. Not too long later my lid popped off spilling coffee on my hand.I called to let the manager know about the cups but didn't get a call back.

Iced coffee is definitely from instant coffee, not espresso+water. Foods taste ok, but nice seating area with long tables.

Great place to study on *most* days. Some people treat this as a quiet coffee shop to study and others treat it as a social hangout. Very loud and busy on Sundays, so I do not recommend studying here on that day. Coffee a little bit overpriced! Overall, I do enjoy this place and I live nearby so it is convenient!
Quality beans, nice pour overs, good steamed milk technique, fun flavors, and not too far from the interstate and tiger town.
Hands down the best coffee I have ever had in my life. The baristas are super nice and helpful. Vibe is great and nice y’all ceiling and open area. I had the Natural processed Ethiopian and also some of their coffee with a jasmine flavor profile. This spot has taken the #1 coffee spot I have ever been to…and I have been to a lot. They have some coffees that are $150-200/lb. Top notch stuff. The flavor lingers on your palette and is just gorgeous and remarkable in flavor.
