If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is rude, condescending, apathetic, and doesn’t listen to even basic instructions. Good thing I paid on the app and tipped them WELL ahead of time (why the hell do I tip on takeout anyway?) or they wouldn’t have received a nickel of my business. Seriously- order pizza from anywhere other than here. Absolutely the worst…and that’s saying something. Just close this miserable dump and turn the lot in to a parking lot. It would serve the community better.
You can’t actually call this location! You have to contact a call center where the reps are extremely hard to understand. When I was in the app it glitched and my location switched before I hit place order to this location which is 2 hours away from me! I tried calling literally within 30 seconds of hitting place order and I’ve been on hold with this call center for over 45 minutes now between two phones! When I finally did get an answer the women rushed me off the phone and said she was transferring me! If I could’ve called the store directly I could’ve cancelled the order immediately and had now issue. It’s now going on an hour that I’m on hold waiting to have this issue dealt with.
I ordered a beef pizza and only got a cheese pizza and my breadsticks were hard. This was my first time ever having a problem with Pizza Hut. I understand companies are short staffed but we must do better. The delivery driver was awesome and very friendly!!
Pizza hut use to be very good & fresh. The pizza was hard the slices was cut horrible like a kid did it nothing about it was good. The time I did order before that which was months ago last year the pizza was greasy. I would actually say Little Ceasar $5 pizza is better than pizza hut now
It had nothing to do with the visit just wish that this covid was gone so we could sit in and dine. My visit was awesome
I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut as whole ever again! Didn't know that they do not give customers who has ordered wings(specifically) a courteous Ranch, Bleu Cheese, or any type of dipping sauce to accompany your meal! They expect u to purchase the first dip and I feel that is ridiculous! I thought I had overlooked the option to add my dip so I called and the guy on the the phone was RUDE!! His words exactly: OH NO WE DONT GIVE DIP AWAY U HAVE TO PAY FOR IT! So I replied "So you all just send out dry wings?" he laughs and says "WELL IF YOU DONT WANT THEM DRY THEN ORDER THE DIP" and proceeded to hang up on me! I tried calling back but the wait time was extremely loooonnnggggg! So yea Pizza Hut has lost a customer!
It took the order almost 2 hours to show up and the pizza was pretty burnt on arrival
I asked for light sauce and my pizza to be well done.... when I opened the box there was sauce oozing out of the pizza and it had barely been cooked. to top it off the employees were unfriendly and didn't look like they wanted me there.
It reminds me of how good it tasted when I tried it as a kid. The cheese is gooey and the pizza itself was hot when they delivered it.
One of the pizzas I ordered was not correct. One was supposed to be hand tossed crusty, the other deep dish/pan and they were both hand tossed.
