Lines were not moving. We stood there without anyone coming to the windows to take our orders. Credit card line had absolutely no movement. I left without ordering.

This wonderful ice cream place is currently open. Banana spliit was wonderful one day. Chili hot dogs were very good another day. Chocolate sundaes are always good.
My family and I drive from outside of Ft. Mitchell, Alabama (almost an hour one way) VERY frequently for the delicious chili (made the old fashioned way & no beans) slaw dogs and REAL peanut butter milkshakes!! Everything is always fresh and it is so worth the drive.

Mrs. stories has the best ice cream and the best chili dogs I've ever had.Their ice cream has a distinct flavor it is worth the wait parking is the only reason I'm not giving this a five-star rating.The parking lot is extremely dangerous getting out and because it's so good it stays packed making it a hassle but the food really deserves five stars for what it is.
Consistent is the perfect word to sum this location up. The hotdog is good the chili is good and not soupy. Anytime I'm in Auburn or close to it I stop by.
I wanted to like this place so much, but we received the worst customer service. Asked what was in the slaw and they replied, “store bought”. When we asked if they could go check ingredient label, the manager refused and continued to be rude. Extremely disappointed as food allergies risk me sick getting sick. Food was wasted. Will not return.
