Need to do better job with being organized. Understand it gets busy but should atleast 1 out of the 6 workers should remember where a burrito went, considering that it couldn’t walk away by itself. They made a new burrito while I was waiting but didn’t fix it the way I initially had them fix it. Instead, tried to sneak and make it and pass it off as the first one. Will stick with chipotle!

Fast service and great food.

I’ve worked in food service most of my life but the conditions here are unacceptable. There was a used diaper underneath a table, food all over every table and the floors, trash was over flowing. It was disgusting. And I understand being busy after a rush and not having the time but it was 4 in the afternoon. I will not be eating here again.

I mean it's food but it's pretty bland. I don't know why it's called a grill. The only thing I could taste the seasoning in was the chicken. Also the chips were stale and smelled like something I wouldn't want to eat. Never again.

I told two people “rice and black beans”. They just didn’t do it and only gave me rice. I asked for double meat dark chicken and ground beef, and got maybe a quarter scoop of chicken. Maybe the worst Moe’s visit I’ve had.

Ordered 4 meals with chips online for pickup. Got enough chips for 1 person.Sucks when you pay $8 for cheese dip and can't even get enough chips

This is the second time we Door Dashed Moe's and they forgot our salsa, sour cream, and drinks. Not only that all of our burritos didn't have cheese in them. It would be ok if it was the first time but this is the second time. For $73 I am LIVID. Full Karen mode at this point.

The food was great. The restaurant was clean. The employees, except a few, all looked like they would rather be getting a beating than getting paid to do a job.

Employees were not wearing masks. Took longer than it should have to get our food. Nothing really wrong with the food.

We were already super hungry when we walked in at 1pm, after having no luck at a couple other restaurants, but the line at Moe’s was by far the longest. Granted, the place was busy but it wasn’t due to the sheer number of people, rather it was the snail pace of the employees. They were by no means understaffed, with 7 people up front, but the line was going nowhere fast. We didn’t get to the front to order until 1:45 and it took another 15 to get through the line to the checkout. One of us ordered a cup of queso, and mentioned it multiple times after no one made a move to get it. When we got to the register, the cashier was unnecessarily rude, definitely looked like she didn’t want to be there. The queso still hadn’t been added to the order, but we didn’t notice because the lady made her pay before her food was ready, so we didn’t realize until she had already paid and when she brought it up, the lady made it seem like a huge inconvenience, over charged the queso by $3, and after a few more minutes she slid it across the counter before mumbling under her breath, “Some customers, like I’m making your food you don’t have to be so rude.” The food was the only half decent part of the experience, and honestly we would’ve left a 0 star review if we could.
