The staff at this McDonalds are lacking the coordination of a well functioning team. I experienced long lines, no receipt at the inside kiosk, waited 24 minutes for some chicken nuggets, and when handed my to-go order, items I ordered were missing from the bag. The employee who handed me the bag tried using the Jedi mind-trick by telling me it was in there but no magic occurred other than she realizing she was wrong. They forgot the drinks too.To sum it up, this place blows.
Someome ordered in front of us and when we pulled up the screen didn't change back to the menu. Lady told us we had to drive back around and get back inline but when we came back around someone was getting the order through. It was just inconvenient. Food was ok .fries where cold .
McDonald's isn't a go to for me anymore... you know, cause im an adult.... It somehow makes me feel like a failure when I eat here. However. I have a kid now so I can stop judging myself if I do end up here... (there really is nothing like fries from McDonalds. ??♀️) I ended up here because my kiddo was screaming "fries" from the backseat so. I went. He very much enjoyed his fries and I was pleasantly surprised that the orange drink was back. (Also another reason why I swore off McDonald's in the 1st place. Good move.) This location is pretty efficient and the folks at the drive thru were pretty great so I recommend.
Waited almost 20 minutes after ordering inside today. Our order was simple, yet messed up so horribly that I made the drive back to the restaurant after driving home to get a refund.The first problem is after me and my daughters were the only people on the inside ordering a few more people came in along with 5-10 teenagers which I assume some of them worked there, but they were off the clock. These kids started walking in the back being loud and joking with the employees on the clock. The kids off the clock then started making themselves food like fry's, frappes, drinks, a burger before they walked back out into the restaurants lobby.I ordered 2 kids meals (1 burger, 1 4pc nugget) w/drinks and a medium fry with medium caramel coffee. They called our order up and forgot my Fry's and both of my kids drinks. On the way home I told my girls I'll just get them a drink at home because I was frustrated with the workers. My daughter that ordered the cheeseburger said there's only a patty on here. Then I asked do they have their frys and apple slices which they said they didn't. So I decided I'm just going to go back after I get the groceries in and get a refund.I'm assuming it was the manager that gave me my refund, but during the process was complaining about getting calls from the store owner about poor performance on the 2nd shift and he was telling employees they would likely be fired and they were asking him questions about who was going to work something in the back and he told them to go figure it out.Long rant I know, but these employees take that job as a joke and something needs to change.
The second time I have been to this location and had terrible service! I will not be going back. I’m usually pretty understanding because people are understaffed but the workers here are just rude! The last time the girl at the drive through had ear buds in and when I tried to ask her for something she pulled it out and replied “I can’t hear you!” Then took forever to get my item I asked for. This time they took forever getting our food. It was all cold and then we had to set there longer for someone to come to the window just to get salt and napkins because they wouldn’t come to the window!!
Normally don’t give bad reviews since everyone can have an “off day”… but oh my. My grandson begged for McDonalds so we came. The restaurant was filthy, the staff acted as if we were a nuisance and we waited nearly 30 minutes for our food. And if you think it was because they were busy… we were the only people inside the restaurant except for one other person who only ordered a drink.
Extremely rude older female worker has no respect for herself or others at 4:25 pm 12/10/21 she’s wears her hair in a tight bun in the back. She decided to cuss my sister out for ordering food at curbside. Along with messing up a simple order.
I’ve been all over the country and I can honestly say that this is the worst fast food restaurant in terms of service anywhere. Staff has no urgency and literally ignored everyone standing in line.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve used the McDonalds rewards program since it started and have had no problems with it. I tried to give it at the drive through, and the employee asked me to drive tot he first window because she didn’t know what that was. She proceeded to tell me McDonald’s doesn’t do that, even though there was a sign right there with instructions on how to do it. She then told me that I couldn’t order at the window, I needed to go to the back of the drive though line. So I left, and Chick-fil-A got my service instead.
