Asked for no onions and they literally threw a handful of onions ON TOP of my burger.
This location has been one of the worst if not the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. In fact I said I would never go to this location again because it seemed to get worse every time I went. It has been a long time since I have been here and only because it was the only option that I had is why I stopped here. I was expecting the same terrible service but I will admit I was very surprised and happy with the service and quality of the meal. By quality I mean it was actually wrapped neat and when opened it looked like it had a process to being made and not thrown into a wrapper and served however it happened to land. I don't know if it is under a different manager or just got lucky and caught it at a good time but I will give it another shot before I decide. If I get the same experience as I did on this visit then I will give 5 stars and be glad I can stop by this location that is closer to home and not drive around the county to get to another location that is half decent
We waited in line for 20 minutes after placing a mobile order - a line formed and many people ended up leaving because of the wait. When we finally got to the window somebody greeted us and we let them know we had a mobile order - we got no response for a couple minutes before we watched the staff walk out of the restaurant and lock the doors. From across the parking lot they yelled "we're closed", laughed, got in their cars and left. Under staffed or not it was extremely unprofessional and downright rude.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever had.They were SO low staff but my burger was hot and amazing!Their manager came in to order food and was yelling at the about the lines..she should definitely be let go they were doing their best for 3 people at lunch rush.
Fries were reheated!! Yes they literally took the old fries and Re-dunked them in the fryer!! Not only did they do this but before i even got my food I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for the lady to call everyone in front of me. I'm assuming they were her friends but they arrived 5 minutes after me and she literally looked passed me. Then when I got my food she placed it on the counter and walked away didn't tell me or nothing
The employees at this location were incredibly rude. They took over 4 minutes to take my order and then the person was very short with me. I ordered fresh fries and dish not get them so when I went back in I asked for fresh fries again. The manager gave attitude and rudely told me "they were fresh, but I'll get you more". When she brought the fries back I said thank you and got no response, so I said it much louder, again with no response. If you're going to work with the public, you need to at least act like you care. There is no reason to have attitude with a customer. I do customer service and would never talk to a customer like that or give them attitude. She acted like the cost of the fresh fries was coming directly out of her pocket and there's no reason for this behavior.
My daughter ate nuggets there today with made her sick halfway through eating it. Employee's there have no clue how to handle a customers complaint regarding giving my daughter food poisoning. Do not eat at this location!
dont go here. would not recommend. go to the tigertown one. i dont go to neither. But the one morning i did go for pancakes was the worst experience ever. Save ya money & time folks.
Every single time we visit this establishment they either get our order wrong or don't give us what we ordered. tonight my husband went to pick up dinner and ordered two frappes and when he went to pay they said they didn't have it but instead of taking it off our ticket they still charged us for. it. I have been calling for over a hour now and they either pick up and hang up on me or ignore the phone. I am beyond fed up with this place and corporate and y'all's morning manager will be hearing from me.
The service was fast and the food was good but I would have been very much pleased if we could have received straws to use to drink our beverages? Overall good service.
