This place is a hot mess! Ordered through app for curbside. Sat 10 minutes, order was cleared from app, but not brought out. Went inside. Waited 20 more minutes for the salad that was left off the order. Just save yourself the frustration and time and go somewhere else. The last 3 times i have ordered here my order received was either wrong or lacking something that i paid for.
Delivery fee has been raised to 5$. Asked lady at front and she said it’s because gas has went up. Website clearly states that you still need to tip your driver. So who gets the delivery fee? If you need to raise prices to make money raise the price. Don’t add 5$ to the order. It’s deceptive.
I recommend trying their pizza bowls and my favorite is their Wings!!! YUMMY! took a point away because every time i order my order has been messed up in a small way like saying no onions and they will still be there but i still highly recommend them
Not big on reviews.. especially negative ones, but I’m finally done with the shotty and incompetent service with this branch of what I used to consider the best pizza around ? you never know what time your order will be ready cause the app is just an estimate, and now twice my pie that was sitting out for over 30 minutes while I waited another 7 minutes is burnt and cold.. GET IT TOGETHER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS
We use to go to SHAKEYS pizza in columns ga and your pizza taste as good as it did .Thank you for such good pizza
If I could give zero stars I would!! This is the worst place! When placing the order online for me to pick up it said the order would be ready in 25 minutes. After placing the order it said my order would be ready in 45 minutes!!! Oh heck no, so I called to ask if it was really going to take that long the girl said oh no it is coming out now. Ok well I decided not to cancel my order, because I was ready to go somewhere else! NOPE 45 minutes later it says my order is ready but is it? NO they couldn't even get it right, I ordered thin crust pizza they could not even do that and wanted me to wait even longer for them to remake it!! NOPE not today when I am hungry and angry and oh did I mention having a screaming 1year old in the car also! I have told my husband at this point to cancel our order and we will pay way less across the street at Sonic!!
We have given this location several chances and every time we have been disappointed. We love the pizza but the constant mishaps have led us to no longer be a customer at the opelika location. From now one we will order from the auburn location and pick it up. It is always something with this place!!!
I lost a receipt for a lunch that was bought for my project team. I was trying to submit my expense while I was out of town so I called the location to try and get a copy sent to me. The Marco's team was extremely helpful and took the time to look up my order and get a copy emailed over to me. It was the definition of customer service. Thank you!!
I love Marcos pizza. They never disappoint. We ordered the all meat with olives and mushrooms!! Unfortunately they don’t deliver to our townhouse in Hidden Lakes but we are only 3 minutes away. It was ready in 20 minutes.
Bad night for Marco's. Order them all the time but tonight they delivered me the wrong pizza, called them and they said they would fix and send right away. Never happened and when I called back they had no knowledge.
