Juicy chicken. Good service. Sadly they were out of three menu items.
I got the wing plate tonight n I will have to say they are the WORST wings I have ever ordered. They were extremely small n over cooked like they had been warmed over. Even the fries were soggy. There is no comparison between this Louie’s and the one on Moores Mill Rd. They have some of the best wings in this area. I will never go back to this location again snd they do not use COVID protocols.
I had the burger and fries meal. I added bacon and cheese to it. The burger was delicious (I wished it was a little less well done)! The buns were soft and lightly toasted, the tomato slice was firm, and the lettuce was good. I would suggest not cutting the lettuce to such small pieces to serve and to use the whole leaf instead. The only thing I did not like was the fries. They were unevenly cooked. But overall everything was good.
The customer service was good, but the food wasn't. My tenders and fries were old; probably cooked the day before and reheated or refried. The tenders were very small and not worth the cost. I won't be patronizing this establishment again.
I just left this place at about 12:50pm and the service was awful!! My sister and I had the SAME exact order and paid the EXACT same price for our chicken finger meals with drinks. We are in the drive-thru and pay for both of our order with one lady and she gave us one drink. Another RUDE lady hands us the food and then we mention that we were missing one drink. She first asked if we paid for both order uhm YES DUH! Then we proceed to tell her that we were still missing the drink and she says that the 5 piece chicken finger does not come with a drink but it CLEARLY says it on the menu that the chicken finger plate comes with fries, toast, AND and drink! We explain we had the exact same order and we have one drink, how does one person get a drink and not the other!? Clearly some of the workers are not competent and it's a ripoff! THEN I told the lady that I had asked for BBQ sauce and she says their is some Louie sauce (whatever the home sauce is) in the bag. I said yes there is, but I wanted bbq sauce. She proceeds to say she wants the Louie sauce back to give me the BBQ. What kind of foolishness? I was dumbfounded so I gave the sauce back, but I should have just driven off with both.. It was most idiotic experience I've ever had.Horrible customer service. I'm never going back.

Shame shame louie's. At a buck 30 a wing, its more expensive than a AA battery, which amazingly is the same size. My last visit. Good luck guys.
I've been here twice and likely will not go back. The first time I paid for hushpuppies and did not receive them when I ordered my food. I went back the second time only to get my hushpuppies I paid for that they left off my first orders. As hushpuppies isn't a meal by itself, This time, I ordered a fish plate and my fish was half cooked; I bit into my fish only to get a bite of raw, wet cornmeal. Totally lost my appetite. It's crazy food was half cooked and I waited 38 minutes for my food so spent my entire lunch break waiting on my food only not to be able to eat it. I called the restaurant to let them know about my meal and was told the manager would reach out to me but I have not yet heard anything from them. I even took my plate back up there to them to show them the half cooked fish
Got 18 wings which where the smallest I've ever seen.. definitely not worth $20. Way overpriced, service wasn't that great, just young kids goofing about, and the food was mediocre at best.
This place is great MOST of the time. It depends on staffing for the day as far as workers calling out sick or students in school or whatever. Kudos to mgt for working with college students the way they do. The staff is friendly, but don't expect to be rude and get a friendly, smiling reply. The "girl" at the register IS still a child basically who only works there. She doesn't control hours of operation, menu pricing, phones not working, machines breaking, selling out of food, etc. Please keep this in mind when "fussing" at the front person since they're the only one in your presence to "fuss" with. Cut these kids some slack since it may be their first job, or even their first day. Any bad experience can be resolved. No need in belittling the "child" working the register. GROW UP FOLKS!Btw, if you call in an order and go through the drive through to pick up, common sense should prevail that you should at least go to the drive-thru speaker to let them know you are there for pickup. These kids aren't psychic and have no way of knowing that car #4 is just picking up. Otherwise, you will wait in line; so don't be rude to the cashier b/c she didn't know you were there. DUH!
