This was a terrible experience. Walked in to get a couple hot & ready pizzas for small group. The young girl at register was talking on her cell to someone, clearly a personal call, when I walked up and she did not stop her conversation.. I waited about a half minute and when I politely got her attention, she rolled her eyes at me, literally huffed that I interrupted her personal call, didn't answer my questions as she was still in that call. I finally just ordered to get it done and she said the plain cheese pizza we needed would be 10 mins. I waited 25 mins for that plain cheese pizza while several others came and went. I hope Little Caesars headquarters reads my review because we will not be back. This was very inefficient and while I am patient with busy settings because I've worked in food service in the past, I just won't tolerate someone being rude because I interrupted her personal call.

Was ok for a cheap pizza but I have eaten steak that wasn't as tough as the crust. 3 people had their own pizza and said the same thing

I tried posting a Google review for this store on January 21, 2022 with no success. I posted on Facebook successfully. My Facebook review on 1/22/22 --> This is honestly the worst Little Caesars ever. The first time I left a review, I got a call back from the manager, Cameron, who also goes by Blake. I mentioned that my 16 year old daughter could do a better job and he asked if she could come fill out an application. She got a job there but I made her quit a couple months later. She is such a hard worker and he took advantage of that. Every time I turned around, he was calling her in. Blake is highly inappropriate with the females that work there and it's no point in reporting it to the district manager because it's his brother. I've been in the store since I made her quit her job and you could hear him yelling at the employees in front of the customers. Last night, I ordered two classics. One of them is sitting in the trash. I grabbed a slice, handed it to 1 of my 6 kids, grabbed the second slice and I noticed a hair. I had to pull up 3 slices to find the end of the hair. Truly disgusting! I said the last time that I wouldn't eat there again but I wanted to give them another chance. I won't do it again and I would NEVER recommend allowing your teens to work there. This store desperately needs better management! Will that happen? Probably not! Not unless they hire a new district manager!I vow to make sure everyone knows what a horrible location this is. I think the Valley store is the same district manager but the management in-store is clearly better! They have teens who work there that do 100 times better than the Opelika store. Is that the teens problem? No. It's the management. Teens will do what you allow them to do. The Auburn location is great too. Their wait times aren't desirable but their pizza is good, hairless and hot! Do yourself a favor and travel for your pizza!

Every time I order it takes hours to get to my apartment, (which is 2 minutes up the road), and it's ice cold. EVERY TIME. Never wasting my money here again. Horrible management. COVID is not an excuse.

Ordered pizza tonight… got a um a penis breadstick? Guess y’all wanted to say Happy Valentines a little different this year???

So theres this guy that goes by tommy, hes got split colored hair and hes super sweet, me and my fiance are almost an every night regular and we always try to take our orders up to him, i believe his hair is split black and purple or black and burgandy, something like that. But i absolutely like him. Out of everyone there hes got the best attitude and open minded when it comes to buisness or talking about random stuff. Thats the only reason i like comin here not to mention the calzonys and crazy bread lol. But tommy boi needs a raise ?

The restaurant never has enough employees but that's understandable however they are always rude and their excuses are they don't have help or their busy. They don't answer their phone when you try to call in an order an their excuse for that being they're busy so they can't get to their phone.. I do fast food so I can understand how it is to be short of staff and we still have to answer calls for orders but it's unnecessary to be rude to your customers just because you're under staffed.

My review is; wear your mask when serving Food to the public. We ordered a pizza and my granddaughter broke out in Hives. We don't know if ppl have or had covid or came in contact with someone that do or did. But for safety precautions; every restaurant that's serving food need to be wearing mask.

The employees have always been kind and for what you get it's a good price. The pizza is good but most of the time you will need to cut it again yourself.
