The new updated website for KFC on 6th in Opelika said if you order $12. you get a free chicken sandwich. I placed the order. We immediately had company to visit so I placed a 2nd order over $12. After we picked up my orders I was 2 free sandwiches short so I instantly called KFC. The lady seemed very bitter to start with and told me her store doesn’t honor website specials. She hung up on me while I was trying to tell her that my online receipt stated I had earned 2 free sandwiches. The saddest part is this is not the first time KFC on 6th in Opelika has messed up my orders. BUT this is the last time I’ll give them a chance to get it right! The food is great.
Opelika KFC went from $5 to 6.99 on a two piece dark combo in the last 6 months. Can't afford to eat lunch there no more

GARBAGE FOOD that may or may not make you sick. However, nobody beats the taste of that old fashioned, greasy, finger lickin good, ORIGINAL RECIPE CHICKEN. Nobody!

It was okay my food was lukewarm
The food was hot, but could not taste any seasoning in the potatoes or the chicken. We ordered half and half tea and was given sweet (very sweet), plus there was something black in husband's cup. Looked like when the tea containers are not been cleaned out between uses and it leaves slimy looking stuff.
Worst food I've had in a long time. Could have flushed 20 bucks and been more satisfied.. what happened over there???
I purchased chicken pot pie and macaroni-n-cheese. The pot pie had a piece of the wishbone in it as well as piece of potato with a large black spot on it. The Mac and cheese had a black “stringlike” thing in it. I had to throw them both away. I will never eat at this location again.
