A little long wait, but it’s because they are making my order when I order it. Food always hot and fresh. Servers usually very pleasant.
I went to this location this evening. I was very rudely rushed with my order. I ended up sitting in the drivethru for over 20 minutes. I get to the window and the young lady attempted to hand me a small drink when I ordered a large. You couldn’t hardly hear anything she was saying because of the loud music being played in the background. She very rudely said ….ok and disappears into the back. About 5 minutes later, two other employees hit the corner. I asked for the manager to get my money back and they said they don’t have one. All four of the employees that I made contact with literally laughed in my face. Way to go Guthries! You have definitely lost my business. And I will be there in the morning to see if they actually do have a manager.
Prices are definitely going up here along with everywhere else. Quality of food was delicious as always. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't much of a wait here, so a good place for a quick and easy meal.
I ordered 2 box meals and when I was handed my meals bagged up to go when I had told her it was for dine-in . As I sat down to eat I opened my order & both plates there were only 5 chicken fingers that were smaller than my pinky finger. I returned them to the counter and showed the employee at the counter. She took the order from me & turned around and said something to the employees The young white girl near the drive -thru replayed " Well that ain't my problem" I replied "excuse me" she said it again " I said that ain't my problem" then the shorter colored lady that was at the front counter told them she needed 2 remakes... The younger girl that had made the comments earlier turned around toward the drive thru and said something again. I asked for the manager the lady at the front counter that she was the manager and that she was going to say something to her...
Fries tasted as though they need to change to oil, tasted old.

Great as always. Down from Virginia for parents day at Auburn University and always went to Guthrie's when at school 33 years ago.
They have a great taste to their chicken tenders. Could offer more but they're ok.
