Visited Freddy's last night with my grandson, the young lady that took our order customer service skills needs to be re-evaluated. She was cleaning off tables finally stopped came and came over never greeted us didn't ask what could she get us just looked at me as like why are you here. Had I not promised my grandson ice-cream I would have left. Would I hire this person never thumbs down ? on Freddy's for this one.
The Famous Steak Burgers had wafer thin steak which did not even cover the bottom bun. The meat was overcooked and hard on the edges. The shoestring french fries were fabulous and they have a dipping sauce for the fries which was very good as well!. Above All Else, the worst part was the dining room area which was absolutely filthy. The tables were not clean nor had they been wiped off recently. The floor was disgusting. Our seating area smelled so bad that we had to leave with our food. I will certainly not go back.
I usually love Freddy's, but this particular one made me and everyone with me nauseous. One of the workers was so rude to his coworker, it made us uncomfortable. Even my children noticed. Everyone was working really hard as they were pretty busy, and the manager seemed nice, but whoever was working fries on Sunday around 12-1pm, needs to be aware that customers can clearly hear and see him when they approach the counter for food or assistance.
Food was standard, getting our order however was not. The staff was a bunch of teenagers who couldn't give a care and their efforts showed. Waited over ten minutes for our order when I finally went to the pickup counter and told them I had gotten none of my food. Could see the employees getting upset with each other. Saw other dine in orders take way too long. Also saw a few drive thru customers come in to have their orders corrected because they received the wrong order. This location used to be a great place to dine. Now, thanks to the uncaring staff, not so much.
A deluxe burger chain with prices to match. Ordered a Freddie single with small fries and a small vanilla shake a double Freddie burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. All were delicious. The price was not. $ 25.15. Still if your looking for more from a burger joint try it can't say it's worth it but it beats the national chains.
When I looked at the prices I was shocked! $10 for a combo meal. My son got the kids meal . He got a kid's meal cheeseburger. I have to say it was a pretty big burger it was actually the size of a regular meal I think. Next time if I end up eating there I'll probably get the kids meal as well. So when I take from it is that the value meals must have really large burgers, hence the high prices. I probably wouldn't be able to finish a regular value meal but I can definitely be satisfied with the kids meal.
I’ve eaten here twice and I will say hands down my favorite restaurant as of now. They give you your money’s worth with their chicken tenders and they never hold back on the ice cream. This place is absolutely wonderful and the staff is AMAZING! Worth the wait, since they make it fresh! The vibes are nostalgic too, I mean this entire place is pretty wonderful!! Worth every single penny and the drive because I live 50 minutes away!!
Great place if you like dining in a meat freezer.. food was good, but would it kill you keep your customers warm while they eat?You don't need my contact info, just turn on the heat, it was so cold in there my food was cold before I finished it. Look around on the walls, you will find a thermostat, turn it up from the penguin exhibit to at SeaWorld to 65...
Food is... Ok. Fries are fresh and the burgers are expensive. Worked here as a minor and the day I was fired they had me do nothing but prepare onions. When they called me into the back office to fire me I was already crying?. The pay was better than Marcos pizza and Tacorita so 4 stars all around.
Amazing!! Not only was the food good but our son lost his flash drive and the employee who answered our phone call (Rekeda I believe) was exemplary. We called after getting on the highway, and she went out of her way to not only do a perimeter sweep but a parking lot sweep as well. We even got disconnected, and she called back to let us know she looked around for us. This is what we need—people caring for one another and showing kindness. I hope corporate sees this. I hope this woman is acknowledged.
