Worst experience ever. The Manger seem to be stoned, they don’t put hardly anything on their sandwiches any more. 2 out of 5 of our sandwich’s were wrong. We won’t be going back until they make some big changes.

The Italian, and the brisket are my go sandwiches. They are really good.
Sandwiches were good, it had been a while since we have eaten at Firehouse Subs. The 2 employees working that night were great. It was Monday night during the BIG GA/AL game.

Had to hook and ladder sandwich it was good but had to wait a little longer than I thought and they could have been friendlier.
Love the cashier Heather shes so sweet and welcoming. The food is always awesome.

Great food and good service but if you order online CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! My order was missing 2 items and I tried calling 3 times when I got home and they didn't answer.UPDATE: they clearly just DO NOT answer phones at this location. If management see this, you are losing out on $$$. My office has tried to call on 4 different days in the last 2 weeks (several call attempts each day) to order lunch for 10-12 people but your staff will not answer the phone.
