I used to go to this Dunkin a lot. But recently, it’s gone downhill. 9 times out of 10 they don’t accept mobile orders. If/when they decide to take orders inside, it’s donuts only. And if you decide to brave to drive through line, they only take one order at a time. Which causes you to wait longer than anyone should at a FAST FOOD place. It’s worth the drive to go to Auburn instead.
Worst dunkin food everrrrr. Nice workers, but they unfortunately don't know anything about dunkin food ... a bunch of weird, non caring folks. But they weren't rude. Order was wrong first time, and then worse, the 2nd opportunity!!!
Ordered a latte, but they didn’t have any more of the flavor I ordered. So I ordered a donut, and they said they didn’t have any donuts. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I then waited at the window for 30 minutes. I don’t know if it’s a staffing or a training issue, but this location is having some serious problems.
Pretty poor today. I come here pretty frequently. I’ve been in line for now 30 minutes. I ordered ahead on the app and of course you can’t cancel it. Then also they catch you because once you are in their line you aren’t able to get out.
Stopped by here one morning thinking I was gonna get me a quick cup of coffee to start my day. Was the 2nd of only 2 people in the line. The man in front of me ordered a coffee and then I was up at the counter ready to order. I literally sat at the front of the line for 20 mins waiting on someone to take my order before I said to hell with it and walked out the place. Worst service ever!??
First time trying the cappuccino and sausage egg and cheese croissant both were very good and i love that the croissant was cooked fresh
Dunkin is a part of my routine in the mornings. The ladies in the morning are so friendly and with busy lines most mornings they take it in stride. This morning the lady with the braids was AMAZING! I'm horrible with names and never remember hers. May she know how great she is and how she makes my mornings start off on the foot.
In general I love Dunkin’ Donuts but if I ask for a 50 count munchkins and ask you to mix it up why would you give me 10 powdered and 40 plain. Really so disappointing for all the children. It was a sad afternoon for a bunch of kids.
The girl that works in the morning with the braids is absolutely wonderful! Dunkin is part of my morning routine and I am always takin care of! With the morning rushes and the fast wait time and her always smiling I think she needs a raise ??☕
I go here rather often. This morning things were a bit off but after paying for a number of one item and finding out they only had so many, they let me get 2 orders of another thing to make up for it. The staff is super friendly 90% of the time and they do their best to get things right. I'd rather go see them every morning than deal with the snoody folks at SB. Good people and good stuff for reasonable prices.
