I am a pizza enthusiast and I do go to franchise pizza restaurants. I trust this Domino’s Pizza location to get my order right each and every time. When I enter, I am always greeted with a smile and a “Welcome to Domino’s!” They will try their best to make sure I am given superior quality food and customer service. Last, they will replace my order without question is there is anything wrong with my purchase. Not every restaurant can say that!
I'm sorry but the pizza was not all that good .not much toppings .I just remember it being so much better. And from the out side at night it looks like it's closed
Me and my family got food poisoning after we ate their pizza Sunday. Last time we ordered there it took 3 hours to deliver. I’m DONE. I will never visit this place again.

Placed an online order. Was told that when order was ready, it would be brought out no later than 2 minutes within ready time which was 7:07, no later than 7:09. Called store so order came out at 7:19. Employee did not say anything. Just handed over order. I didn't make the rules, the company did. So when you don't meet your guarantee at least be apologetic, not cold as if the customer did something wrong. Customer service was TERRIBLE!!
Waited two hours for food and finally called to ask where my 40 dollar meal was. Whoever answered was a jerk and said there was only one driver. My food was cold and my entire experience was awful. Will never order from this god awful franchise again.
The pizza was good, ordered yhe lava cakes they were a disappointment. Why does everything look so much bigger and tastier on TV than in person?

We scheduled an order to be delivered later in the evening. My daughters graduation got over a lot sooner than we expected. My husband called the store to have to order pushed up if possible, the store made the pizza and had it delivered early with out any issues. The driver was so nice and polite. The pizza was the best and everyone was so pleased. We will definitely recommend this Dominos to anyone in the Opelika area.
