Ordered 2 medium Cotton Candy blizzards for my husband and I. Let's just say from working/managing a dairy queen in my teenage years, I'm aware of what the food is supposed to look and taste like. The blizzards were just plain vanilla ice cream with MAYBE a spoon of sprinkles. None of the actual pink flavoring that's supposed to be in it to give it that cotton candy flavor. The food was okay at best. My food was room temp when it was delivered to our table and the fries weren't fresh. My daughters kids meal was alright, but also room temp and my husband's bacon burger meal was mediocre. The inside was sticky and dirty. I'd say the only thing they have going for them currently is friendliness.
I'm only giving 2 stars because the cleanliness of the inside. All the tables & floors are sticky and gross. It was kinda a turn off. The Stackburgers are good though so I'd definitely order them again but probably a different location.
Employees are really nice but owner or manager very rude. Not courteous to buyer for making simple mistake
The only thing good about my order the fries was hot .I told the cashier 3 times how i wanted my order they still got it wrong and the hamburger and chill dog wasn't good the cashier talk so fast they don't listen they assume what u want and get the order wrong they don't check the food before they give it to you they just assume it's right food has went people don't have money to waste the cashier get an attitude when u tell them the order is wrong when u have told them 2 or 3 times
Don’t order the Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard and expect some pecans to be in it because it’s not. It’s happened too many times, so I just won’t return to this location anymore.
Buyer Beware! Let me just start off by saying that this review would have been a 0-Star review but 1 is the lowest I can do. I came to order a banana split which is my favorite dessert to orser wherever I go and this visit has left me greatly disappointed. The photo of the banana split attached costed almost $6.00 and I was barely given any. What I was given looks nothing like the photo that they advertise. I also ordered 2 meals that came with fries along with an extra order of fries. Its preschool math that 1+2 is 3 but I was only given 2 orders of fries. And if you choose to ignore the 2 facts above don't forget that if you ask for a drink with no ice, it goes in one ear and out the other but at this point I wasn't surprised that they can't follow simple request. With all that I have put, you would think that the attitude of the workers would be amazing to make up for it. WRONG because the attitude of the drive-thru worker was so terrible that it ruined my entire appetite. I will most definitely never be returning to this establishment.
Banana split was bad..... banana were too green .....no syrup.... Ice cream was weak like it had water in it.....terrible experience.
To expensive. A bacon cheeseburger fry and drink, a flame thrower burger fry and drink and two medium salt Carmel ice cream was just over thirty dollars. Want be back.
Drive through only. Those of us that drive big vehicles just do without
