We went mid-morning for brunch with friends on a weekday. It was surprisingly busy and the severs were extremely busy. Service was pretty good considering how busy it was. Our server was very on top of things even though she was overseeing training on a new server. Food was predictably good and worth the wait. It took approximately 30 minutes to receive our food although we were served coffee, tea, and water within 10 minutes of being seated. Good place for a leisurely meal, but think twice if you're in a hurry.

I have really fond memories of Cracker Barrel. I had not been to one in a long time and was looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Neither my wife nor I enjoyed the weak coffee. My bacon was crisp and enjoyable but my wife's was soggy, limp and undercooked to the point she would not eat it. The gravy for the biscuits was a bit off. The scrambled eggs were fine and the hash brown casserole was good. We did have to prompt the server to get everything we ordered to the table. The visit definitely did not live up to my memories.

Love dining at Cracker Barrel! We enjoyed breakfast after parking overnight in our RV. Thank you for letting RVs spend the night at your place. Our breakfast was good, we usually split a Country Boy, but today we had the French Toast. Our server was great, the food was brought out fast and our coffee was topped up often. A great breakfast place as well as lunch and dinner.

In our travels we dine at many Cracker Barrels in many states - this one was disappointing for the quality of service and food. First thing that happened, we were to be seated, and the staff member noticed that the table had not been wiped down - therefore, before we could sit she had to wipe it down. The second thing that happened we noticed a waitress to the table next to us sweeping and cleaning looking over at us from time to time. She finally came to our table - advised she "was not" our waitress in almost an upset tone and wanted to take our drink orders --- however --- we had been waiting long enough we had our entire order, told her so - and she took it but reminded us she was not our waitress Finally our drinks arrive - but no silverware or napkins --- it was our waitress who brought them to us - she advised she was new and just getting use to everything. While we were waiting for our food the first waitress we had just came to our table - reached over top of us and grabbed the suger container - without saying a word - like excuse me - or could you had that to me --- she just leaned in over our drinks and grabbed it! And when she brought it back she did the same again! The container was full so I'm not sure why she even took it. Then while we waited for our food & silverware - another staff member promptly lays some down on our table while carrying around a container of silverware - then our waitress shows up with our food and more silverware! My husband had requested 3 cornbread muffins to go with his pintos and had ordered them to have more soup then beans --this was not the case when they were delivered - he got 2 muffins- one looked burnt and both were hard --- not to mention his bowl was full of beans and very little soup - so the waitress had to take it back and redo it. I had ordered the hashbrown casserole with the extra toppings--- what a disappointment! I had a large slice of cheese over top of very minimal hash browns. And even worse was that I had to pay an upcharge to get it as well! We never saw our waitress to our table again after she delivered our food. No refills on our drinks - we even had to ask another waitress to get our ticket so we could pay and leave! This was a very disappointing stop - especially after being on the road for 7 hours. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this particular Cracker Barrel location due to the multiple issues we experienced. We stopped here on 3/20 around 2:30pm central time.

If you want to apply here, my advice is do it! You will find that everyone here is very supportive and they want you to succeed and become a successful member of their team.

My mother wanted to come here for her birthday because she had a gift card. There were very little options for vegetarians here, but I expected that going in. It took a while for us to find something we could order. The dining area was crowded and noisy. The food was good. Our server was friendly. I tried to pay at the table like they advertise, but my card was declined for being expired even though it doesn’t expire for another four years. My mother insisted on using her gift card, so we waited in the very crowded gift shop to pay. There was a lot of confusion with using her card. The cashier said they just got a new system installed.Altogether, it wasn’t bad, but I probably wouldn’t come again.

Edited: Spoke with the manager and he heard our complaints and comped our meal. Got seated. After almost 20 minutes I asked the hostess that seated us if we had a waitress. She finally comes over and gets our drink order. We wanted to go ahead and order our food since we had so long to decide. She left before we could say another word. We are now going on 45 minutes sitting with nothing but our water. The waitress just has an oh well, we’re busy what can I say attitude. Not pleased to say the least.

The service was excellent. The food was not even close to being what a Cracker Barrel typically serves. I don’t know if the cook was new but all 6 of us got something different and none of us were pleased. When I am paying $90 for breakfast I want it to be good. Bacon had to be sent back… it was raw.Our server Courtney was AMAZING! She gets 5 stars but the food has got to improve. (It’s hard to mess up scrambled eggs)

Why ask for a name with a Togo order if you aren't going to announce when it's ready? My order was fully done just scoop and serve type order and I waited FOREVER in the lobby and finally found my food, my cold food sitting there on the cart.If I ever grace your doorway again it will be to please my mother's wishes. Definitely no other reason.I politely checked in and mentioned the name on the order every 10 minutes. Truly there is no excuse. There was only one to go order ahead of me and it was ready in under 5 minutes. And there was no line whatsoever at the hostess desk the entire time I was there.I am reasonable and 90+% of my Google restaurant reviews are glowing and complimentary. This experience made me feel like I had a rock in my shoe when I left.

The waitress, Chris, was very attentive and the food was delicious, though my first choice was not available and the biscuits were a little darker than I like. The cleanliness was not up to par. In the restroom one sink was stopped up and full of water and the dining room was in need of a good deep cleaning for the dust was thick on the knick knacks.
