The pluses: Plenty of parking since it is a shopping center. It is Chipotles...the food is good. They were allowing dine-in. They are convenient to my sons house. The folks working there were hustling and working hard.The minuses: It was very messy behind the line...food was splattered all over the counter. And it was not getting cleaned up. When they ran out of something somebody would grab a pan and literally just throw it in, food flying all over. Some of the various add ins were old and tired looking and should have been swapped out. Counter Personnel wasn't very friendly.
This Chipotle Restaurant was the most disgusting one I’ve ever been in! Floors, tables benches covered with food! Service was fine
Always good food. The new crazy flavor drinks they're trying out aren't all that great, but I'll give them credit for trying something new.
The cost isnt worth it. For the money I can eat much better else where. I ordered a steak bowl with Guac and chips, and NO DRINK, and it was $14.61... Ridiculous. Ate the exact same meal at Moe's SW Grill two weeks ago and the portion was greater and the cost was $8.90!!! Won't be going back to Chipotle.
the customer service here was great and the restaurant was very clean. I hated my food. the rice was hard. the chicken was ok. the beans were undercooked. they do not have spinach wraps or spinach. just romaine lettuce. limited selection of vegetables. I compare everything tex mex to barberitos and it's just terribly hard to beat them.
I ordered 2 burritos and 2 of the 3 Taco deal thru DoorDash.In fact I ordered TWO of the 3 taco deal at $10 each for a total of $20 for 6 tacos...I GOT 2 TACOS!!!! The total order was $42 (plus tip). And I cant get a refund from Chipotle's OR DoorDash or even get the rest of my tacos.The man at Chipotle's just kept telling me to contact DoorDash. The woman at DoorDash kept telling me to contact Chipotle's.
Usually my chicken bowl is really good when I come here, but this visit was definitely a fail. My bowl was extremely salty, I believe it was the rice but can’t be certain. I had to waste time and gas to come and return it.
They were really busy the night I ordered online pick up. I sent my friend in to get my food and they told her it would be a while. I called wanting a refund because it was past my pickup time I couldn’t do it myself. I explained that I couldn’t have my friend waiting and I sent her because I was in the hospital and just had a baby. The staff was so nice and pushed my order through where she didn’t even wait five minutes. Then, when she brought it to me it had this sweet note on it. Thank you all, it really made my night and the food was delicious as always !!
I went in today at 5:28 pm and ordered the brisket bowl with rice cheese queso I got home and started to eat and noticed my rice wasn't done it was hard it wasn't done at all and barely had meat and it was extremely hard I couldn't eat my food due to the rice being so hard and no properly cooked. I called Chipotle and spoke with a manager who was extremely rude on the phone he went back in forth with me and not one time did he Apologize for what happened to my order he kept talking over me he kept yelling on the phone at me. I will never ever go back to this restaurant they take your money and talk to people any kind of way. Why take ppl money and talk to people any kind of way Chipotle isn't cheap and they expect you to settle with they mistakes.. I will take my money elsewhere but I don't appreciate the rudeness from this manager on tonight...
