Absolutely professional service and quality cuisine. Manager supervision clearly evident. At least 40 cars in drive though all being serviced. Great atmosphere inside and rapid service. All focused on pleasant service to all customers. Best part was the elegant presence of Erline as host. A wonderful, person who radiated the essence of the phrase, “Y’all come back now,” and meant it. Was a pleasure to be here.Thank you.

Food is good and consistent. The people are nice of course. The reason for the 3 star review is that y'all still haven't opened up the playground for the kids. It's been 2 years with the plandemic and you still have it shut down. Something small and simple can have a huge impact on kid's life. This is a negative impact. Please open it back up. Bring back normalcy.
Not only do they have good food but the staff is always extremely friendly and polite. That's the reason you see the line for drive thru circled around the building 3 times. If other fast food restaurants required the employees to be this way more people would visit them as well. Good Employees make great business and it shows when you go to any chic filet
Thy were busy- I get it. I wasn’t complaining. I waited 15 minutes inside for my 4yr olds bfast and my coffee. I wanted her to eat before her therapy appointment. They don’t give creamer until the food is ready. That’s fine. I said extra creamer please when it’s ready. I waited. When I got her food- there was no creamer in the bag- so I walked up to the front of the Line and asked for creamer. The man was SO RUDE to me. “WHAT do you want?” I said I didn’t get my creamer “WHAT ARE YOU ASKING ME TO DO FOR YOU” I said again, I need creamer please. He gives me one creamer and I turn to return to my daughter and he yells “you’re welcome” with attitude. It was definitely not his pleasure. He was a grown man- act like it.

Mortgage Pro has been involved with providing lunch for 3 hospitals over the past 6 months and we chose Chick Fila Tigertown to provide food along with another vendor. Special thanks to Will Boos for providing an amazing spread for each hospital and to Ozz Calton for providing the perfect touch of appreciation and compassion for each and every group. These two gentlemen are always up to the challenge and never fail in showing concern and compassion for their fellow man. This past week, we had an employee that lost a parent and we asked them to deliver on the weekend to the family after the funeral. Ozz was right on time and was able to interact with the family prior to leaving . He took time to show his concern and compassion by gathering this family together and offering prayer. This family was deeply touched by his actions and will never forget this kind gesture. Will and Ozz, you are greatly appreciated and we will never forget your efforts to be not only great employees of Chick Fila, but great human beings as well. We thank you and we love you both.
This one says no trailers in drive-thru I eat it all the Chick-fil-A's but I can't eat this one because I always have a small livestock trailer on my truck. Well thanks a lot now you're going to get a bad review because I was going there to get my soup that I get every chance I get but I'm not going to shop at yours anymore but I go to the other Chick-fil-A's cuz they don't care if I have a trailer on my truck or not cuz it doesn't hurt anything.
Chick FIL A Tiger Town Auburn, AL never disappoints.Drive-thru is made easy, quick & pleasant with the additional employees in the lanes.Their food is served fresh & hot, just as ordered. Great service!
I think it's how the people treat you in which makes the food so good! Best display of customer service I've seen so far in fast food!
