The food was excellent. The cashier was working front counter, drive thru, and refilling drinks and her attitude was amazing!
My niece and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, while 4 employee's stood there looking at us, one guy was taking orders in the drive thru, but while we were standing there, no one was in the drive thru, we were passing through heading home to Ms. so I stopped at the one in Auburn, AL and they gave superb service, it looks like this is the service standard at this location, I will never return to this one again...
Wanted fish but apparently you cannot order extra tartar sauce anymore and it’s frustrating when you will pay for it but told no so I drove off and won’t be back thanks but no thanks
Sad service, they don't pay attention to orders and are VERY unsympathetic to customers when you let them know they messed your order up.
Waited almost 20 mins in drive thru before our order was even take. And the had to wait another 20 plus mins on some just alright cold fries plate of food. Disappointed
Never seems to be very crowded. Food is fresh and hot. Love Captain D's.
