I've been here time to time and, I must say, this is one of the best burger places in town. They have some of the most savory vegan burgers I've ever had! I can praise much of the vegefi burger all day along with other menu items I've tried in the past. They also have some of the most savory shakes as well! Even though most of these items I tried in the past are non vegan, this is a pretty good place when looking some place to eat healthy and even when you're on a diet (sorta)
Their food is consistently great. I get the Beyond burger and truffle fries every single time and it's always the same (delicious). Four stars because they also always consistently put tomato on my burger when i ask for no tomato when online ordering, lol.
That's a really tasty burger, Brad. Balanced flavors and prepare the way you want it. The fries are great and rival 5 Guys. The onion rings are collosal and though a regular order is only six rings, they are massive. Unfortunately their custard machine was broken, or else I could have reviewed that as well. Next time.
When I say the customer service and food was amazing, I mean it! My husband and I are from out of town and decided to stop here for dinner. I’m assuming it was the manager who helped us and I believe his name was David was on point! If he wasn’t the manager he definitely should be! But everyone in there was super friendly. It was our first time and he ran down the menu and gave us suggestions!! Most definitely recommend and will be back!!
Excellent food and heavily portioned. My wife and I shared this burger and fries with a custard shake and everything was very tasty.
I ordered online. My food was ready in the time allocated. The burger I ordered was just average--nothing mind blowing for the $16.25 I spent for a burger, fries and Coca Cola. The fries were average as well. So, for the burger to be from grass fed beef, I expected more flavor and a better presentation. The BurgerFi stamp was not ledgeable. I wanted a better experience.
Staff was somewhat rude to other guests. Burger was undercooked and not very good. Nearly all the drinks were not right (either missing carbonation or syrup-not drinkable). Drinks are too expensive to pay for and then not have anything but vitamin water to choose from.
This franchise has never let me down. One of the best veggie burgers. The guy at this particular location, has really good customer service. This visit was very pleasant.
The manager at this place is amazing. He is so patient with the employees and so kind to customers. He's really committed to getting orders right- he once ran out to my car to be sure that hadn't forgotten something on my order. Burgerfi is fortunate to have him.
I've never tried a BurgerFi joint so I was super excited to try something new around Opelika.The inside was clean, employees were fast and polite, and they had those fancy drink machines where you can pick and choose which fountain drink you want.The women's bathroom was also clean (it was a one stall bathroom).I was just a tad bit disappointed in the food. The fries weren't as crunchy, almost a bit too soggy for me. And the burgers were too plain for my taste. I love lots of flavors and vegetables in my burgers and had no idea it didn't come with anything other than meat and cheese.However, next time I'll be sure to ask to add some veggies! I didn't try their frozen custards but they looked really good.
