Good food, good servers, good drinks friendly environment good place to watch sports etc highly recommended ?
Wings are not fully covered in seasoning(which I asked for). Then after placing order through Uber eats I immediately called to ask for all flats cause the app didn’t give me that option. I got all drumettes and my wings are not fully covered(manager answered when I called to ask for all flats and fully covered wings and he still got it wrong.

We went last night and both managers and the waitress were horrible. My food was wrong, late and cold. I said something to the waitress and she argued with me. The female manager was awful the male manager literally said I was lying about my food just so he didn’t have to deal with it. I sent it back, didn’t even get to eat, and definitely did not pay for it. They did nothing to make things better. Then the waitress yelled at me and told me I was banned from there. I did not raise my voice once. I just simply was done listening to her not fix the problem and blame me. Absolutely insane. We won’t go back. We weren’t the only ones having trouble. They acted like it was perfectly ok to behave that way. It was very trashy behavior. The public is the reason any of you have jobs and it’s definitely not ok to treat people the way we were treated tonight. You’re providing a service. We are taking our families, friends etc and spending our hard earned money and then getting treated so badly, like we were in the wrong. Absolutely insane. Doesn’t make any sense. You have a real problem with your two managers that closed this location on Saturday night, a real problem, especially if the waitress thinks it’s ok to yell at people. All any of them had to do was apologize and make my sandwich right. A very real problem.
This was the worst experience ever. We were there for a party and the server started off ok, then she decided to become a female dog. The service was subpar I assume it had to do with the kitchen since food came out separately in 15 to 20 minute intervals with the birthday girl getting her food 40 minutes after everyone after the rest of the party received their food. The server named Jacqueline was all over the place and even snatched a plate from her when she gave her food that belonged to a whole other table. Then at the end of the meal she handed my wife the bill and there was a added drink that we didn't receive. My wife didn't notice the refund at the bottom and instead of directing her to the bottom of the receipt, she rudely said "well if you can read it clearly was refunded. " it was a good thing that I was not at the table at the time because she would've had to try Jesus.... now I'm not a Karen or a Kyle but if you ever have to go there make sure you are prepared to wait and don't ask questions about your bill. Because you might want to slap life from these folks.
My wife and I met with 3 other friends to watch the Duke UNC game at the suggestion of one of our friends. We begrudgingly decided to join and I was reminded once again why we don’t go to Bdubs. The first four beers I ordered on tap y’all were out of. Everybody’s food was cold except one. My fries were literally in one piece, and my brisket tacos were dry and bland on top of being cold. The appetizers were ok, lukewarm so an improvement, but still not satisfactory. I wanted to send our food back and have it taken off of the bill, but wife felt bad for the waitress because it took her 45 minutes to get us napkins and refills on water, plus she said the kitchen had a walk out of some sort. So we spent $85 for cold food and bad service, at least the beer was cold I guess. We should’ve went to wild wing cafe.
Food ok, service not so much. Messed up order and seemed to insinuate it was my mistake. Very slow visit. Food good, came out sporadically. Beverages tried to stay empty but we persisted.
I had a large group, and they refused to serve us. They said it would be an hour wait, which was perfectly fine. We agreed. They then said never mind and told us they couldn't accommodate.
The wings were delicious.Doordash was prompt, so the service at Wild Wings was prompt.We did not receive the dipping sauce or celery we ordered so Door dash took $2 off our bill.The whole experience would have been 5 stars, if we had received everything we ordered.
Service was horrible! My friend and I were traveling and stopped here for dinner. She received her food within 15 minutes and I was told mine would arrive shortly. After 25 minutes of waiting, my server told me that my meal was still not ready. I asked for the manager, 10 minutes later, my greasy unappealing meal came out and she shortly followed after I asked for the check and refused my order. Her explanation was that I ordered bone in wings which took longer. Who goes out to dinner and expects to have their meal served after everyone else has finished eating! Zero stars for this restaurant!
