I worked here back in 2018, loved every minute of it. The staff and the owner are awesome, The food is excellent. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. I would recommend this place to grab a bite to eat. Look past the negative reviews, after Covid 19 it was difficult for everyone to make it. I am very happy to see they are back and pushing forward. I’m sure it wasn’t easy but they are back, serving people with great food.
i don’t know what has happened to this place but it has gone extremely downhill. i don’t know if they have a new owner or what but i can assure you that i will never be coming back here again. the prices are so high and you’re expected to tip but the pizza isn’t even top tier or even good really. papa johns is better quality wise. my pizza was DOUGHY, when i informed a young man at the bar that my pizza was doughy he told me ‘that’s how it’s supposed to be’. i find this incredibly rude. why would i tip when i have to do everything myself and my complaints are dismissed?? it did not used to be like this at all. whoever owned this joint before was definitely running it 10x better than whoever owns it now. the man at the bar also seemed incredibly young and he was the one pouring my drinks. i find this to be concerning. the kitchen staff also did not wear gloves which is disgusting in my opinion, we’re in a pandemic and it’s just down right unsanitary. how do i know that these people are washing their hands?? when i went back up to ask if i could speak to someone else about my RAW and DOUGHY pizza, the gentleman told me that the owner was not there and there was nothing they could do. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! i hope they get shut down and the space they’re taking up gets used to place a GOOD and PROFESSIONAL restaurant. i do not recommend this sorry excuse of a pizza place.
Delicious pizza. Super friendly staff. Tables were kept clean. Order at the counter and go back to pick up your food. Cheese and peppers were provided on the table. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will return
i ate here a few days ago and it was terrible. my pizza was so doughy as if it hadn’t been cooked enough at all + there was barely any cheese on it. the staff did not make me feel welcomed at all, in fact, we did not even interact except for when i was placing my order. the sweet tea was not sweet and the lemonade came out colored very weirdly. almost brown. they had a very old woman who looked like she could barely walk taking dishes and such to the back. they also had some very young looking employees managing the bar. i mean teenage aged employees, not just young adults. none of them wore gloves even when making my food and i find that disgusting considering i don’t know where those peoples hands have been or if they even wash them at all. the bathroom was also in terrible condition and looked like it had not been cleaned in months.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I walked in asked to place my order for dine in had to stand at the bar was NOT SEATED. I had to fix my own drink but I noticed a little girl was fixing other people drink but they left my cup at the bar for me to fix my own drink. The cashier was very RUDE and didnt want to answer my questions and then went and snitched and told his manager lies lol and she was very nasty to me she didn’t try to fix the situation she came at me with a attitude.IF I could put -0 star I would. The Place very high and unprofessional for you to be doing all that self serving anyways lol DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Rather go to fast food than THAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Ordered a pizza for dine-in and realized it wasn't what I ordered when I took the remaining home. Called and made a complaint and the employee was he didn't really care. I told them I wouldn't be coming back to their business and he was like okay. I'm pretty sure he didn't care because I was a different race because if so he would of accommodated me.Just like I figured I would get this kind of response back from the owner because you don't care. Pretty sure they knew what race I was on the phone. Additionally, could of went back and pulled up my order. Regardless, if I took home it home and ate at the establishment prior to, a business should accommodate a dissatisfied customer. But I'll never eat at the establishment again and wouldn't recommend anyone else of my race because they wouldn't recognize us. A bias restaurant and business.
I have been going to this place for years. I love their calzones. Monday my mother and I went there and got the all meat calzone. What a disappointment. Paid $16 for a calzone and a drink. They used to have a $6 lunch special every day different calzones. When I pay $16 I expect more. The calzone was really nothing but dough. There was very little cheese and like no meat. Not sure I will be back.
One of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. This place was super! It's easy to find, very clean and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. As someone who is very tall, I would appreciate it if they did something about those low hanging lights, however. We will definitely be making a return visit.
The appetizer was amazing, the pizza was good. However, I paid a little over 45$ for an appetizer and medium pizza for two, served myself, bussed my own table, and filled my own drinks.This place has potential as a sort of "vendor" or "food truck", but they charge an insane amount of money for a poor excuse of the restaurant experience.Visiting this place was a big regret, I should have requested my money back and left. I could have went to a better place for lunch and spent less.
It has been 8 years since I have eaten here. It was still just as delicious as I remember. Fast friendly service with great tasking brick oven cooked pizza.
