The orange cream shake is delicious!
The worse Arbys I've ever been to. Went through drive thru, ordered two side salads, one with balsamic vinaigrette and the other ranch and a small crinkle fry..I repeated my order twice. Got to window, paid and even repeated order to young lady...I get home lettuce is brown and wilted, the dressing is totally different from what I ordered and curly fries...not crinkle. I have tried calling for 30 minutes and it keeps cutting me off.
One Wagyu burger was dry and overcooked but one was perfect. Not sure how that happens but whatever the cooking process is should be more consistent. Spending 7 dollars on a dry overcooked burger is not the experience I would like.The fries came overcooked just a step away from burnt too, not the worst except one curly fry was a large solid coil-brick about 4-5 inches long. Not a big deal though. The wrap we had also had way too much of the ranch sauce on it. Good service and clean but inconsistent.
I like Arby's. I used to REALLY like Arby's (arby-q, anyone?). I like their Ruben and their gyros. I will even eat those greasy cold curly fries. There's just one problem with Arby's, and it's a big one: they don't have pickles in the entire restaurant. Any Arby's restaurant. Ever. I know that sounds impossible, but ask them. If you never noticed, then maybe you can live without. But I can't. Who goes to a burger or sandwich shop that will not ever have pickles? Not me. Not much, anyway.
Got order wrong, fish sandwich ordered plain for kid got regular, ordered brisket sandwich got classic beef and cheddar. Paid for brisket sandwich. Tried to call, recording no one available to take your call goodbye.Yes goodbye see if I come back anytime soon
Fast, and loved the sense of humor with the lady at the window. Food was hot and fresh
I'll start with the good, the new sandwich is awesome! Brisket, Bacon & Roast Beef. But the curly fries today were soaked in grease :( you could see it and they were overcooked. I went to the Drive-thru and didn't bother taking them back, had it been Dine-in I would have! And it was extremely expensive for one meal! $14 and change
Was hungry for roast beef. It didn't disappoint, it was good, was what I wanted, and I will go back.
Yummy fast food with healthy options. Always enjoy their menu.
