The manager Jarred acted a fool over being told that the order was wrong. He got very loud and obnoxious rolling his eyes and flipping his hair. He even cursed . This was our last visit to this location.
I waited 45 minutes for my online order. I was told by the person in charge they are trying to get better. Got home and the order was not even remotely correct. Had to ask for a refund. Not sure what the issue is but would not recommend when you can go 3-4 miles down the road to zaxbys and get your order within 6 minutes and be correct ?

They did not put my dressing in the bag, so I was very disappointed :(
Chicken great.fries have same seasoning as chicken, so all taste the same. Cole slaw good. Drive though long.
This one blew me away after going to the other Northport location. The other is horrible. This one was quicker. The girl at the window was very nice and polite. Everything was bagged neatly without being spilled. I also got extra sauce that I asked for plus a second extra. The other Northport location needs to take note. I drove all the way to this one specifically to avoid that one and will continue to do so as long as this one keeps up the good work.
Always gets my order wrong or doesn’t include things I asked and paid for. Do not eat here it’s a waste of time and money
Love thier sauce, which has been tasting a little different lately, more vinegar I think... But besides that great chicken. I have noticed that sometimes things are missing from my order, extra fries or extra sauces that I paid for, but they are human and people make mistakes but it is still slightly annoying. This time I was shirt two sauces and I felt a little short on the fries in the containers.
Got the Traditional Wing n things. The hot honey mustard wings were good. The tenders NOT edible! The bread was definitely not fresh??
