Only person in line at first. I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and a separate large fry and sausage biscuit. They put absolutely NO bacon on the baconator and when asked they called me a liar so I showed them. And after I had noticed and drove back to the store they messed up 2 other peoples orders after me as well. I mean come on 3 people go thru ur line, ur not busy and u screw up all 3 orders is pathetic. Not to mention they dumped both orders of fresh in the bag. Just absolutely appalled at the service we got, with the attitude we got and called lairs.
I’m sooo disappointed I just left up there and got the summer salad combo … no grilled chicken first all … I asked for extra strawberry,cheese, and meat and the only thing that was extra was the meat .., even then the meat looks undone so disappointed and not to mention the girl/boy at the drive thru taking orders should not be taking order RUDE
Rude, angry cashier at the front. Chicken nuggets were burnt and baked potato was over cooked. I will keep driving past this Wendy’s in the future. My advice to you is to do the same.
Stopped eating her because they serve sloppy food. They do not take pride in fixing decent looking food. They throw it together and slop sauce on it and sling it out the window. I looks terrible and such a sad thing because Wendy's was a really good place to eat but this one might as well close the doors because they could care less in this place.
This is the WORST Wendy's location I've ever been to! We had to wait forever for them to even take our order in the drive thru (bc the lobby is always closed). When they finally took our order we asked for our condiments as well. She asked if our order was correct on the screen, my husband told her that the screen wasn't working, and instead of reading our order back she just said "oh well it's $21.85, pull forward". We kind of chuckled at that but thought we would just check our order when we get to the window. We get there, my sandwich is cold to the point that it won't melt the cheese, none of the condiments that we asked for were there and when we asked for them she said "we're out". She handed our drinks over and shut the door. We pulled forward and I checked our drinks, bc I order unsweetened tea and it's often wrong. She gave us two cokes. My husband jumped out and tried to get her to fix the drink and she said again "we're out". So instead of telling us at the window, or better yet when we ordered that they didn't have unsweetened tea, she just gave us coke. And to most people that's not a big deal, but I only drink water and tea for health reasons, so it's a big deal to me. So we paid almost $22 for cold sandwiches, cold fries and no drink. I will NEVER go back. Icing on the horrible cake; when I looked for the receipt so I could call corporate and complain, there was no receipt. So I can't file a complaint. Nice.
Worst location store #602. At about 6:30pm It was several minutes of silence at the speaker before being greated. I placed the order and at the speaker I asked for mayo and she said ok. Then she asked me to verify if my order was correct on the screen I said it's not showing up it's another order. She said okay and just gave me a total and asked us to pull forward. At window I asked for mayo again and she said oh we don't have any. So I checked my drink and they gave me coke when I ordered unsweetened tea. I told her it was wrong she just looked at me and again said oh we don't have any and closed the window. So this store will just give you a random drink instead of what you order? I checked my bag for a receipt and could not find one so I don't have an order number to reference this horrible customer service to.
OK so every time I come here it seems like they’re cooking my fries with really old oil. Tonight I ordered a 2 six piece with fries for my daughters and both the fries and the nuggets were dark and bitter… so I went to Guthries thank god they where open. They are more expensive but way better quality food.
It's Wendy's I went right be for they closed after work,at like 1230 at night and the service is far better than the Mc place.

I don’t understand. I just got home from going through the drive thru. I was going to order spicy chicken and was told they are out of onions. I ended up ordering a Single with cheese because I like onion with my chicken. I told them no pickle. I then pay for the order and of course I get home and it has pickle, and onions!!!!!! They said they were out of onions. The person at the drive thru window who took my order is named Luna. While I was trying to pay Luna was texting on her phone which made me wait until she was done. Maybe if she wasn’t busy on her phone she would know they had onions and remember I did not want pickle? It is what it is
