Food was cold poor service order was wrong
I called ahead for my bacon,egg and cheese grit bowl.When I arrived my food was ready but I still ended up waiting about 10mins.You all had 4 people standing in the back and 2 cooking.2 of the waitresses stood and looked me in my face and the girl,proceeds after staring me down to tell the other waitress to get me.They just looked at each other.While the other 2 just walked back and forth looking lost.Mind you,There were people that walked in behind me that sat down and didn’t even get asked if they wanted anything to drink due to the staff standing around,I eventually said Is there anyone available to help me pick up & pay for my order?When the waitress did give me my food,my bacon was charbroiled and crispy black;served on top of my grits and eggs.Why would you even serve this to anyone?Due to the lack of hospitality and customer service,I thought someone should know….I never had this problem in the afternoon, there were always 2 sweet young ladies that were friendly and they could work circles around the 6 y’all had working today.Plz do us all a favor and get people that will serve people the way,they would like others to treat them!
Food was ready in 5 minutes and was absolutely delicious! Workers were very nice as well
Open 24 hrs? But turned around rudely at 9:06 pm.... unacceptable waffle house unacceptable
This may not matter to most but the bathroom was exceptionally clean
Good food and fair seating policy. Good service. Polite and courteous. Hours of operation are ambiguous at best.
I agree. The opening/closing of this place is extremely annoying. Until recently I've honestly never walked up to a Waffle House and it be closed. I mean this place isn't even open for dinner!Every other WH figures it out, extremely disappointing that this one hasn't

Never open. Waste of space and money. Pay employees and you might be able to staff it.
Business updated their hours 1 week ago to show 24 hours.After getting out of bed at 5am, excited to eat at "our" new Waffle House, drove 20 minutes south AND...they were NOT open!!!
