We called ahead and asked if the dining room was open and they said yes, we got here and it was locked and they wouldn’t let us in. We are in big trucks so couldn’t go through the drive thru. This is the second time they said they were open and actually weren’t. I wouldn’t bother going here, try some where else

Absolutely the worst and the laziest service in Tuscaloosa Alabama. That is if you get any service. Employees park and block the handicapped parking because they to lazy to walk across the parking lot.After standing at the counter for a very long time one employee walked up to the counter and looked out over it like I was a ghost and she couldn’t even see me much less speak or even comment a word to me. When she walked off I did as well.What a waste of a brand new property and building. Don’t waste your time. If you do they will waste it for you. I can’t believe this does not embarrass Taco Bell Corp.

Never again! First told me no change. Ok that's fine,then rudely told me to use a kiosk because they couldn't run a drive thru and a front counter. But I was the only person at the counter. Absolutely awful!!!

Don’t go here. This is the second time I’ve ordered online and when I get there I get told they are not open and the drive thru person being rude when I said they already charged my card. Don’t let people order and get charged if you’re not open although your hours posted says otherwise. Will NOT be back

Opened my Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and this is what I got still has a few tomatoes all my cheese is gone they should be ashamed

We went during peak lunch time and there was one car in the drive thru. Got our order it was correct and piping hot. It is more convenient to go to the taco bell at McFarland and 69 but we will start going here. The workers were sweet and helpful!

The general manager seems easily aggravated, and displays racist tendencies. Witnessed a loyal 50 year old customer being called “white boy” and thrown out when he tried to politely mention that there was a mistake with a previous order he made. She went so far as to document his vehicle and person to ensure he does not receive their service again.The rest of the employees have been nothing but polite otherwise. Short staffed, moderate turn over, yet efficient.

Just witness an employee run outside flipping off a car that pulled away. Not sure what the issue was but very distasteful for my children to see an employee running outside screaming and cussing at a car. The person in the car was also screaming back- horrible seen for the business. Do better, we left and won’t be coming back.

Service is terrible, walk in & no other patrons in the place and since we were going to use a credit card we had to enter our order at a self service machine while they have credit card machines at their registers. Still we are absolutely the only one's in that place and I am seriously handicapped, can't walk without assistance but someone hollows out our name to come get our food instead of being curtious and caring enough to bring it to our table. The taco shells were stale, I don't know what they call meat but that mashed up mess did not taste like any meat I ever had. I hadn't been in a Taco Bell in over 25 years and this experience reminded me why!!!

Ive only been to this Taco Bell 2 times , both times my order was wrong , workers are very rude. After I saw that my food was wrong I went inside to get it fixed and showed them the receipt AND THEY STILL MADE IT WORNG also the workers kicked me out and locked the door behind me and told me to go through the drive through and order again. I’ll never be going back to this location. Absolutely pitiful (wish there was a 0 star option)
