The food was okay. I had the nicest most personable young women take my order at the drive through,so refreshing after dealing with employees at the other fast food restaurants that are so rude.
I ordered 3 soft taco supremes with no lettuce...It was only no lettuce and I be damned if I pretty much got a soft taco with no tomatoes and a ton of sour cream.Why can't they just make the food right.
This is the most horrible place to order food after 7pm. This makes the 3rd time we order something from here and the order wrong. Asked for the flaming got taco and she rang us up for cool ranch so when we got to the window we asked to be sure that they still have flaming hot and the lady at the window said yes. Got home and it's all wrong. Please people check your bags before leaving the window. They will tell you anything to get you out the window. They put a million orders in one bag. I wish fast food would stop hiring these type of people that doesn't care. Stay home if you don't want to work!!!
It's fine. They often take a while to get food ready and my crunch wrap is overdone/slightly burnt about half the time. Service is good and staff is friendly though
Definitely needs improvement. They charge me extra for chicken and still gave me beef. Plus I paid for a frozen drink and the cashier went in the office instead of getting it for me. I stood there for a while until I finally told one person that I had ordered it. They was not even busy.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Specifically asked twice for no creamy jalapeño sauce on my steak and cheese quesadilla and it was on tgere
Management really needs to work on this place. The employees are very unprofessional and they frequently get very simple orders wrong. With a little bit of effort this could be a much better location.

Lady who took our order got it wrong, then argued about it like it was our fault. I normally have a good experience there but that lady had very little customer service skills. I know the food industry is not fun to work in a lot of the times, but you still need to have customer service skills and be able to take responsiblity if you mess up.
HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Employees were arguing with each other as they were servicing us. They got my order wrong and I had to go back to the restaurant, the cashier at the window was very unprofessional. She closed the window and walked off after I told her my order was wrong. I will not be returning to this location
