Over the last two years I have tried to get a meal at this location. Tonight takes the cake and eats it too....I found out they won't sell the Jr burger without buying the entire kids meal. They were out of chili and cheese. The hamburger is $4.99 and the cheeseburger is 5.48 after tax...meaning they both cost the same price. Every time I pull into a bay they don't work and I am directed to the drive thru. While trying to pull into the drive thru, the turn was too steep and I hit my front wheel ..which now squeaks and the brake isn't working very well ( I live an hour away). Then I struck my back tire with damage to both rims. The employee said we close in two minutes and I said I wrecked my car twice pulling into this place ..I just want something to eat ..but whatever I ordered, whether it was a corporate issue or an employee issue ..who knows. I am now sitting in line at mcdonalds....permanent and hopefully non deadly damage to my car. I will never ever go to another sonic again. Not worth the pain and agony for cold food.
This is a very good Sonic. Food always put together just like the picture.....or pretty close☺️
Chili dogs like rubber, tots old and soggy , blizzards had no taste very little added oreo like powder in it worst i ever got served there
The fries were cold when delivered to me. The sandwich was okay. The drink tasted "awkward " and I attempted to get it Exchanged however service was terribly slow. I witnessed only 1 older person delivering the food out and the parking lot was Extremely Busy my entire time. She mentioned that folks had "called in" and did not show up for work. I feel terrible for her but Sonics should prepare better. Folks was leaving without ordering after long waits. It is really bad that you cannot find people that want to work. The car hop was working hard, alone on both sides.
I ordered the Sonic Blast? The ice cream with the oreos in it. Ice cream was like old school ice cream - pretty good. There were also more oreo cookies in that ice cream than I have ever gotten from any other place.
I wish I could give zero stars. I waited over 30 minutes and no one took my order. Were they busy? No.
Do not use the mobile app and try to pick up at this location. I used the app to order and pay, checked in with my stall number - then waited for over 30 minutes for them to bring out my order. I watched over 10 cars go through the drive thru while I waited. I understand being understaffed right now, times are difficult, however, I would have been happy to have gotten cold food within 5 minutes of arriving than hot food more then 30 minutes after arriving and seeing that my order ticket had to be reprinted and being ignored when I tried to find out what the issue was by using the button on the stall
One of the only food/beverage locations open past 9/10pm in the immediate area. Food is okay, but service lacks speed. Prepare to experience 20-40+ minute wait time for late night hours.
We always went to the Sonic on the top of the hill in Northport to get breakfast. The cook made the breakfast burritos perfect and a tater tots but now the cook quit and the food's is real bad.
Food was great. Loved my patty melt. Too expensive. 33 dollars for two people, way to much money.
