Was not feeling my best today and I wanted something cold to drink. I pulled out my phone to do an order from Sonics. I got a cranberry shake while at Walmart so it would be sure to be ready when I arrived. I pull in and on 1 side every screen is out. I pull around cautiously to see if this side was working also and it was. Pulled up the app to check in screen pops up your order is in the kitchen. I waited for a while and then it says Aaron is on his way. I sat there another 15 min and I pushed the red button and out comes the young man with the tray full of orders and drinks and I just knew it was mine so I waited. He passed me by and went to the other side so I waited. He came through flipping the tray and I yelled hey!! He says ma'am I'm sorry I'm about to take your order im BY MYSELF!! I REALLY DO APOLOGIZE. AT Thus point it didn't even matter bc he had a entire row of customers and He was WORKING HARD!!!! If this type of dedication is not publicly recognized idk what kind of company or owner this is and I will personally NEVER eat there again. Congratulations AARON OVER IN NORTHPORT ON LURLEEN. KEEP STRIVING YOUNG MAN. YOU ARE SOME KIND OF SPECIAL...

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE NOTHING I would. What is the purpose of this Sonic being open, if the service you receive is pathetic, and thats if you get service. Just ordered a SIMPLE slush, nothing more, and waited a sad 20 minutes before I pulled off and left. Slow, UNPROFESSIONAL, Lacking big on Customer Service and a complete waiste of time going there. And this is the very reason why I DO NOT use a card here when paying. And by the time you get your food it's already cold. So the only thing I waisted here is valuable time, cause my money is still in my purse. SONIC OWNERS, YOUR LOOSING MONEY, A BECAUSE OF THE STAFF YOU HAVE WORKING THERE. My visit was terrible, I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 30-45 minutes after I arrived . I had missing items and the chili on the footloose were burnt. My large onion rings only contained 4 in the bag . Not a good experience this time.

Great place . Great food. Cheese sticks Granddaughters had Great shakes . I had a Great ice cream cone. My daughter had a blast .

None of the employees seem to care about their job and what they do. Good luck finding an open drive up window. 50%, if not more are currently down - as well as the last time I visited 2 months ago. If you do happen to find an open window, you may want to plan on waiting 20 minutes or more before they actually take your order - on top of meal prep time. This has happened twice, 2 months apart. I would not recommend visiting this location.

Said order was done and coming out door to me after 30 minutes of waiting. Then server came about 10 minutes later and said they are making it fresh.

Waited 35 minutes for a large onion ring and a medium strawberry shake. When I got order, my onion rings were cold and my shake was nearly melted.

Ate here a couple weeks ago and the last two times I have ate here both me and my daughter got sick. We have not returned and really love sonic but afraid to. Just odd both of us got sick each time eating there.

We stopped for breakfast and recieved awesome service and delicious food EVEN THOUGH they were short staffed and the man taking our order was also the only one running orders. He was still very pleasant.
