So I wanted to get my 3 yr old something good to eat instead of a Happy Meal and walked in to this! Nobody acknowledged me but everybody looked at me then one of the slackers told the manager somebody standing at the counter. He had the nerve to say can I help you with something?? Yeah, I want to order then he says oh the lobby closed at 6 and its after 7.??‍♀️After what I saw when I come through the city again I'll keep going to another establishment because this Popeyes isn't it. How you got a employee with her phone laying beside the chicken on social media. Do that so no customers can see. Covid really took customer service and cleaning up out of the business.

Took 28 mins from the time I go in the drive thru (lobby is closed still) my order was 1 chicken sandwich and 1 flounder sandwich. They told me they were training. But I've always had a long wait EVERY TIME I've been there for years

Drive thru service is terrible. The server on the mic doesn't speak good English and if you ask them to repeat what was said they yell at you like you are an idiot who don't understand. Each time I have been there and ask for Shrimp they are always out. The time sitting in line is ridiculous and once you finally get to the window they ask you to pull forward to stop a timer on the window to keep them from looking slow with corporate. At times I have sit there waiting for 15 mins and leave and get home 20 miles away with either the wrong order or not all of my order. This place has the worse bunch of workers in the entire town for a fast food joint. The sad thing is this is the only popeyes in Northport and we really like popeyes but refuse to go there now because of sorry service. I would rate the place a 1 and that is generous . I wouldn't advise eating here unless you want to be yelled at. The service is terrible and has no respect for anyone.

This popeye location Never have what you order or the computer is always down. It's always something..I do understand the covid pandemic have alot of restaurants short of supplies, as well as workers. I've been stopping here at this particular location because it's near my home..This have been going on now for months..Well I guess you say try another location, well I guess you are right, stop going there???

I ordered my meal. When I open my side order of mac & cheese female hair was inside of the lid. It was disgusting!!! Why don't they wear hair nets and gloves!!!!

This has to be the most poorly run fast food restaurant in Tuscaloosa/Northport. Almost every time I go, there is some kind of issue. A couple of weeks ago, I pulled up to the drive thru and they told me they were only taking online orders and yesterday, I was told I couldn't get a chicken sandwich because the chicken fillets were frozen. I love Popeyes but I do not believe I will go back to this location.

I went to go get lunch. I proceeded to wait for the two cars in front of me to finish ordering. I said hello twice and excuse me while waiting 5 minutes so I pulled up to the window. One of the two cars that was in front of me had stayed while the other was gone. The woman told me that since I had pulled up, I had to drive all the way around the drive thru once again and she was given enough time to take my order. If it was that serious, you could have responded to what I was saying on the mic. Rude customer service, will not be sharing my money with this location anymore.

By far the Best Popeye's I ever had all the food was hot. Service was excellent will be stopping by again.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to these store my wife and I got a family meal deal that came with 10 chicken tenders 2 sides and biscuits plus 3 12 count chicken nuggets. My wife looked inside the bag and it appeared to be correct but when we got home everything was fine but instead of 3 12 count nuggets we had 2 8 count so we was short 20 nuggets. My wife called the store and told them what had happened and was told to ask for either one of two people and she told them our daughter in law was coming to pick them up. She gets there and they told her our order was correct. So she had to pay for the nuggets she picked up. If I knew how to get in touch with corporate I would this is ridiculous.

Drive in line moved fairly quickly.. everything went well.. although still disappointed they do not have the dirty rice anymore.. that was the best stuff.
