Food was okay. Cornbread muffins had no flavor. I had to add sauce to it, as no butter came with it. Place must have been under staffed, the waitress was in a hurry to get our table cleared. After delivering food and asking if all was good, she quickly tried to drop off the bills for our table. She did not even ask if we wanted anything else. Restauant closes at 230 pm but is open for breakfast.
Country cooking at its best. Great food in timely manner. Who doesn’t like banana pudding? The special was chicken and dumplings and that was great homestyle stuff. Easy going place with a packed parking lot. We weren’t the only law enforcement there. Local LEO’s and other first responders also there.
Wow! Very good, well seasoned, meat and vegetables. The peach cobbler was even better. Definitely will be going back again. Very reasonable priced and tasty food.
Comfort food. Chicken fried steak & gravy (white or brown), fried okra, fried porkchops, mashed potatoes & gravy, catfish (whole or strips) hamburger steak, burgers etc. Daily specials too.
Had breakfast with a group of retired men from church.Good food and good fellowship. Service was good also.
I really don't ever review places - but Mr. Bills is BEYOND deserving.I decided to try them and had placed a to-go order with quite a few modifications/specifications. They not only accommodated every request, the food was piping hot as if it had just been cooked and was so good I would've sworn my grandmother had made it herself!!! They definitely don't deliver a product that tastes like it had been made in bulk and shoved under a heat lamp or warmer like seems to be with most other meat and 3's in town. If you want the absolute best, closest-thing-to-homemade meal in Tuscaloosa...MR. BILLS IS WHERE IT'S AT!!!
