Worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. Went to Mcdonalds this morning and the employees are parked at the main entrance, looks like the dining room is open. I go park away from the building and a sign on the door says come on in but the door is locked. Put up a sign that the dining room is closed. The employees at this store all act like they hate their job. Go next door to Jacks and the employees are awesome. I won't be back. Plus the Big Mac patties are about the size of a silver dollar. Its a bread burger
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They might as well close if they can’t do better. Sat in the drive through for 20 min was 2nd from the ordering speaker. And that’s just today. I don’t even know why I even try with this place its ridiculous. That was just today. There is not even enough room on this page for other past experiences.
Double quarter pounder always have to ask for well done if not it will be raw like cold bloody raw . And when ask for well done its just cooked and fries are cold almost always cause they in the bag while the quarter pounder is cooking
Today around 5pm, I attempted to order a Lrg Iced Caramel Latte from McDonald's located on 13516 Hwy 43 N, Northport, AL 35475. However, I was told the item wasn't available they due to the machine being cleaned. So I travel to the McDonald's located on 2000 82 By-Pass, Northport, AL 35476 and was told the same exact thing. That they were in the process of cleaning the machine. My question is, Does every McDonald's in Tuscaloosa County clean their ice coffee machine at the same time??? I would like to know, so I can either come before ealier or later than 5 O'clock. I'm addicted....LOL
Yes its cheap. No, don't expect friendly service. Eat here often to fit my lunch budget. Order the same thing almost daily. 50% success rate on being correct. Just a plain burger bundle, messed up all the time..then of course, you are the problem for wanting it the way you ordered it. You truly get what you pay for. Bare minimum food slung to you without a word said by bare minimum people.
There is a reason you get through McDonald's so fast whe at Jacks,.Wendy's, any other drive through you have a short wait. The food is awful and the service is only slightly better. Never again.....unless it is to drive through their parking lot to get to Jacks.
This one is usually pretty fast and pretty friendly through the drive-thru it's not a bad McDonald's to go to
This McDonald's location is very nice, I like how organized and clean it was with plenty different seating areas outside and inside. The food is very good i've been to many McDonald's locations but this one makes the best Quarter Pownder Meal. The service was very fast and staff were nice.
Gave me someone else's order then after that gave me the wrong food in the right boxes. Not a happy person when I got home. Paid more got less.
McDonald’s is definitely not known for its good customer service but this place takes it to a new level is low. So if you come here be prepared to deal a lot of bad attitude. If you’re feeling good then maybe go for it but if you’re having a bad day or are in a hurry. It’s best to go 10 miles up the road to the other one.
